This interview was recorded on February 13, 2026, at the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre in Australia, where he shares his profound transformation and gratitude.
Klaus Schiller speaks:
"Namo Amituofo. My name is Klaus Schiller. The compassionate Buddha tells me I can just go by Klaus; perhaps my full name is a bit of a mouthful for Practitioner Su. I have been listening to Practitioner Su chant my name during the for quite some time now. Finally, the day has arrived for my rebirth in the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. I never imagined that such a magnificent blessing would truly happen to me. I am filled with gratitude for Namo Amituofo, for Practitioner Su, and for my wonderful wife. These past years have not been easy for you, my dear. Being able to encounter this great is truly your great blessing, and it is my great blessing as well!"
A Foreigner’s Unexpected Journey
"Practitioner Su mentioned that a foreigner had been 'pulled up,' and ha! I suppose I really am the first 'foreigner' to be guided to the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss by Practitioner Su in this specific way. Of course, Practitioner Su has guided countless foreign celebrities and ghost beings, but it is quite a novelty to have a foreign name appear on the list for deliverance. In our world, we rarely heard of the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss; most of us focused on the concept of 'Heaven,' or what the Chinese call the Heavenly Realm. And yet, the place I am going to is the most magnificent Buddha-land of all—the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss! Ha! It is truly, truly inconceivable!"
From the Darkness to the Buddha-Light
"I am so relieved and comforted that my dear wife is able to study the Buddha’s teachings. Looking back at the time between my passing in the human world and my arrival in the Western Land of Dharma Nature, I must admit I was living a life without purpose. Compared to the fullness of life in the human world, the difference was stark. Being a ghost is a rather boring affair; you have no goals, you just drift through the days—and they are rather dark, lightless days. So, when a beam of light appeared before me and shone upon me, my heart was filled with such ! I knew that anything accompanied by light must be good, and this was such a warm, radiant Buddha-light. I never expected that my dark days would finally come to an end. I followed that light with a joyful heart and arrived here at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Australia, in a place called the Western Land of Dharma Nature."
The Truth of the Universe
"I did not know the Buddha before, but the of Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su transformed me instantly. I was always a kind-hearted person—it feels a bit boastful to say that about myself, but honestly, I wasn't a bad man. To be able to arrive in this world, my heart is overflowing with gratitude. I am so thankful that the Buddha still exists in this world, capable of doing so much, capable of resolving all the doubts of the human world. I feel that this is what the Buddha’s teachings are truly about; they are the true Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way!"
A Final Plea to the World
"After wandering for such a long time, I have finally arrived at the Pure Land of my heart. Knowing Namo Amituofo must be the greatest blessing I have ever received as a good man, and my wife, of course, has even greater . But I am already deeply grateful, because I later learned that the dark world I was originally in would have required me to spend a full thousand years there before it ended. I never expected to receive such a blessing and grace so suddenly."
"I have experienced many things in the human world and have seen through many of its illusions. Now that I have arrived in such a pure and beautiful world, my heart has no more cravings. I only hope that the people of the world can begin to study the Buddha’s teachings as soon as possible.
