A New Venue for the Dharma Assembly
An Interview with the Spirit of Chang Yung-fa, Founder of Evergreen Group
This is a record of an interview with the spirit of Chang Yung-fa, who sought at the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre in Australia. He now resides in the Western Land. This account reflects upon his observations regarding the assembly venue. Recorded by the chief writer, Venerable HaiZe, on August 10, 2018.
Chang Yung-fa speaks:
"Practitioner Su possesses the wisdom to recognise a hero. I have been eagerly waiting for this interview, as not a day has passed without me thinking of it. I, Ah-Fa, hold deep gratitude in my heart. Last night, I heard the news regarding the venue for the Dharma assembly! Practitioner Su feels it is quite suitable, and I am truly happy for you. I hope more good news follows.
A Venue Built on Goodness
Although the new venue lacks the scale of the Chang Yung-fa International Convention Centre, it is a space provided by a kind-hearted person with sincerity. When one does not have to calculate every expense, it is sufficient. Given the circumstances, this is a practical arrangement.
The areas for offerings might be cramped, but it is only for a few days. What is important is that it is convenient for everyone to attend, to hear Practitioner Su deliver Dharma talks, and to witness the Chao Du of sentient beings so they may be reborn in the Western Pure Land. This is a tremendous blessing for the donor, the building, and the surrounding spirits. They will receive the benefit of Practitioner Su’s spiritual power, allowing them to be delivered and purified.
Spiritual Rejoicing
If the arrangements are finalised, the local spirits, wandering spirits, earth gods, and all sentient beings in the vicinity will be overjoyed. It is a wonderful development for the benefit of the Dharma and the salvation of so many souls. Namo Amituofo."
