The Path Inward to the True Self

The preciousness of the Buddha’s teachings lies in their profound ability to guide all beings back to their true self. You must understand that this true self is inherent within you; it is not something to be sought externally. To see your true self, you must look within. This is not a task that can be accomplished in a single moment of casual effort. You must wash away the dust of aeons that has covered up your true self. Only when you have cleansed these impurities entirely—until there is not a single trace of pollution left—will it be possible for you to see your true self.

Navigating the Turbulent Waves of Life

When you advance through the world, consider the waves. If your mind follows the external waves, it will fluctuate, leading to the cycle of being reincarnated. This is the heart of suffering and impermanence. However, if your heart possesses meditative concentration, you will remain fundamentally unmoved. No matter how fierce the storms or how high the waves may rise, your original heart remains still and steady. This is the heart of one who is dedicated to the work of saving others.

The Auspicious State of

If you create waves within when there are none outside, you remain trapped in afflictions and confusion, wandering through the six realms of existence. But if you learn to cultivate a mind that is still, selfless, and free from attachment, you are truly a practitioner. In this state, every moment is an auspicious time, and every place is an auspicious ground. This is the dwelling place of the Buddha or and those who have realised their true nature. Namo Amituofo.
