The Urgent Call to Liberation

Children, you who practise at the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre, you must save yourselves! This is the most vital task you will ever undertake. You have been blessed with the rare and precious opportunity to encounter the teachings of Namo Amituofo, the profound wisdom of Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju, and the compassionate guidance of Practitioner Su. To save yourself is to ensure that you do not live this life in vain. It is the only way to ensure that you will no longer be trapped within the six realms of rebirth.

Do not remain asleep in the dream of this world, only to fall back into another dream of suffering. If you do not awaken now, you will continue to be subjected to the endless cycle of birth, aging, sickness, and death. You will continue to suffer the pain of separation from those you love, the frustration of being unable to master your own mind, and the myriad other sorrows that define life in the cycle of rebirth.

Transcending the Ego and the Cycle of Rebirth

To save yourself, you must stop clinging to your personality and your ego. You must stop prioritising your pride and your desire to always be right. When you refuse to admit your mistakes, you only deepen your own confusion. Instead, you must:

  • Change your personality: Let go of the rigid traits that keep you bound to the world of suffering.
  • Distinguish between right and wrong: Align your thoughts and actions with the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way.
  • Focus on the positive: Look for the good in all things rather than dwelling on the negative.

By doing this, you will be able to overcome the state of being drowsy and confused, allowing your to enter a higher, more refined space.

Breaking Free from Karmic Entanglements

If you continue to allow your spirit to be led by your and attached spirits, how can you expect your body to remain free from the ravages of aging and sickness? How can you hope to escape the cycle of rebirth? You must stop being confused about what is good and what is evil. The cycle of rebirth is a place where beings consume one another without pause, and if you continue to create negative without recognising your faults, you will remain trapped in this cycle for aeons.

The suffering of the hells is relentless and without mercy. If you do not change your path now, when will you ever see the light of true wisdom? You must realise that your current actions have consequences that ripple through time, and it is your responsibility to break this chain of cause and effect.

Seizing the Magnificent Opportunity for Buddhahood

You must grasp the opportunity of this human life while you still have breath in your body. You have entered the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, a place where Namo Amituofo truly abides. Under the guidance of Namo Amituofo, Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju, and Practitioner Su, you are being taught how to refine your practice. Through diligent practice, you can achieve the following:

  • Purify your mind and cultivate true goodness.
  • Attain deep meditative concentration.
  • Rediscover your original, true self and allow its light to shine forth.

Children, the fact that you are able to practise in this sacred Buddha-land is the result of your practice over countless aeons. Among all the paths you have taken, your affinity with Namo Amituofo is the most magnificent and auspicious. This is the lifetime in which you can attain Buddhahood. Do not let this precious opportunity to realise one's true nature and attain Buddhahood slip through your fingers. Remember, there are countless sentient beings with karmic affinity who are waiting for you to achieve your own so that you may return to save them. Namo Amituofo.
