The Art of Letting Go

Namo Amituofo asks: Can you, my children, truly return to zero and start again from the very beginning? Everything that has occurred in your life—from the distant past up to this very moment—must be addressed with a new perspective. Even if your memories remain vivid and fresh, you must learn not to stir them up. Do not let them cause ripples in your heart, and do not allow them to continue to dictate your future. You must learn to let these memories naturally fade, and then fade further still, until you simply allow them to dissolve into the past. There are far too many events and far too many experiences that have defined your history; this is the only way to face them.

The Power of the Buddha-name

To start anew, you must not allow yourself to be submerged by your moods or emotions. If you do, you will lose your drive for diligent practice and your momentum to move forward. Instead, I ask you to lift up the Buddha-name. Use the recitation of Namo Amituofo to dilute and cover over these past experiences. Focus your entire being on every single character and every single syllable of the Buddha-name. Within this sacred recitation, I will bestow my upon you, helping each of you to achieve deep purification.

Finding Strength in the Present

When you cultivate and wisdom, you will realise that the only way to regain your momentum is to let go of the past and grasp the present moment. Only then can you continue your journey forward. However, you must remember the Buddha; you must remember to hold onto the Buddha-name. The Buddha can provide you with immense strength, but you must be willing to seek the Buddha. Even if you feel covered in wounds and pollution, that is already in the past. By exercising compassion and wisdom, you can thoroughly see through the truth of reality, release the weight of what has been, and firmly grasp the present. This is the only way to truly start again.

The Responsibility of the Practitioner

Namo Amituofo, Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju, and Practitioner Su can help your spirit return to your body, allowing your spiritual essence to find stability. However, we cannot prevent your spirit from wandering off again or being led astray by external forces. You must rely on yourself to guard your own mind and heighten your awareness. You must ensure that you are no longer led into other realms by the illusions manifested by your . We can remind you to change your personality traits and habits, we can teach you how to transform them, and we can help you invite spirits for resolution and . Yet, we cannot change your ways for you. You must summon the perseverance and determination to truly transform your personality, turning impurity into purity and evil into Goodness, so that your and karmic creditors do not manifest before you again.

The Cycle of Transformation

You must be able to diligently transform your karma to truly start anew and eventually realise your true nature. You must thoroughly start from the beginning to have the opportunity to diligently transform your karma and reach . These two aspects support and complete one another. Namo Amituofo, Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju, and Practitioner Su will accompany you as you walk through this process of practice. Namo Amituofo.
