The Wisdom of Silence
Within the Buddha's gate, we must learn the value of our speech. If the words you are about to speak do not provide genuine benefit to other beings, it is far better to say less than more. Practising silence or refraining from unnecessary speech often serves as a powerful tool to help you look inward and reflect upon your own state of mind. This practice of introspection allows you to see your actions with absolute clarity and understand how you should conduct yourself in the future. By choosing your words with such care, you significantly reduce the opportunities to create or make mistakes that lead to further suffering.
The Foundation of Purification
Within the Buddha's gate, the purification of your Body-Mind-Spirit is the most essential focus of your practice. As a practitioner, your primary duty is to identify and correct your errors, your biased views, and your subjective ways of thinking and acting. You must strive to return to the right path, aligning your life with the Truth. This process of constant refinement is the foundation upon which all other spiritual achievements are built.
The Journey Toward
Within the Buddha's gate, the progression of your practice follows a clear evolution: you begin by purifying your heart, cultivating Goodness, and nurturing a kind heart. Eventually, you aim to enter the state of no-self. During this journey, you must learn to let go of the tendency to seek external validation or cling to attachments. You must also discard any impure, unwholesome, or unkind thoughts that arise within you. This is the only way to truly clear the path for your original nature to shine through.
The Boundless Heart of
Within the Buddha's gate, the ultimate goal is to reach a state where there is no-self, only the needs of all beings. You must learn to lower your ego, to empty yourself, and eventually to reach the state of no-self entirely. By doing so, you can lift up all beings, dedicating your entire existence to relieving their suffering and serving their best interests. Through the practice of Compassion, , and Selfless Giving, your ability to benefit others becomes truly endless. Your will then be able to perform the work of , guiding souls across the vastness of the universe to the of Ultimate Bliss. Namo Amituofo.
