The true state of your heart is revealed in the way you chant the Holy Name "Namo Amituofo". It is not merely a sound that leaves your lips; it is a reflection of your inner landscape. When you chant, you are projecting the essence of your spirit into the universe.

The Compassionate Resonance of the Buddha-name

When you chant with a heart of mercy, the Buddha-name is naturally imbued with that mercy. It brings to all beings. Those who are suffering, anxious, or sorrowful are particularly receptive to this vibration. They are transformed by the light within your chant. Similarly, when you chant with a heart of , the Buddha-name carries the power to relieve the suffering of others. Those trapped in the depths of hardship find solace and are moved toward the Right Way. When you combine both mercy and compassion, your chanting becomes a universal balm that any being can receive and be transformed by.

The Three Stages of Pure Devotion

To truly master the art of chanting, one must progress through three essential stages of cultivation:

  • One-hearted chanting:
  • This is the state where your heart is focused, undivided, and free from distraction.Sincere chanting:
  • This is the state where your heart is free from doubt, filled with absolute sincerity and earnestness.No-mind chanting: This is the highest level of cultivation. It is the state of chanting while not chanting, and not chanting while chanting. This is the true skill of a practitioner.

Those who chant in this way are on the path to becoming a Buddha. Please chant with a sincere heart, and continue until you reach the state of no-mind chanting. You must reach a point where your heart is the Buddha, your actions are the Buddha, and your vows are the Buddha. Your Body-Mind-Spirit must all become one with the Buddha.

Harmonising -Mind-Spirit

At this profound moment, every cell in your body—including your , attached spirits, and even the demon crowds—will join you in chanting. Whether these beings are visible or invisible, with form or without form, they all resonate with the Buddha-name. If you can practise until all the beings within your body join you in this sacred chant, you will finally have the opportunity to transform . This is the result of your diligent daily practice:

  • Performing prostrations to the Buddha.Chanting the Holy Name "Namo Amituofo".Reciting the sacred sutras.Listening to the and hearing the teachings.

As these beings within you listen to the Dharma and are transformed by the Buddha-light, they will willingly join you in chanting and seek rebirth in the . This is how you resolve the debts of the past. When you advance further, until you and all beings are one, you will realise your true nature and attain Buddhahood.

The Path to

My dear children, please chant with sincerity and focus. Let your Body-Mind-Spirit, along with every cell within you, join in this sacred practice. Enter the state of no-mind chanting. This is the path of the true practitioner, the path to Awakening and Buddhahood.
