Namo Amituofo offers these teachings to guide all beings on the path to liberation. When we speak of the Buddha’s words, we are referring to the direct, profound communication from Namo Amituofo. This is not merely the exchange of spoken language, but a sacred transmission from heart to heart, bridging the gap between the Buddha and the practitioner.

The Sacred Resonance of the Buddha’s Heart

Namo Amituofo naturally understands the situations of every being. The Buddha perceives the potential of each person, comprehends the depths of their hearts, and responds to the that arise. Throughout the 24/7, the Buddha is ready to transmit messages according to the needs and the readiness of each individual.

At the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre, when we seek guidance, ask questions, or invite the Buddha to teach, we are essentially asking Namo Amituofo for clarity. When we receive these messages, it is as if the Buddha is physically present here with us, offering wisdom directly to our spirits.

Purifying the Vessel of the Soul

To receive the Buddha’s messages, one must cultivate a specific state of mind. Only those who possess a heart that is clear, pure, and sincere can truly hear the Buddha’s voice. This requires a dedicated effort to refine one’s inner state:

  • A clear heart: This is a mind that is transparent, lucid, and free from the fog of confusion.
  • A pure heart: This is a mind that has undergone purification, having removed the stains of greed, anger, and ignorance.
  • A sincere heart: This is a mind that is honest, earnest, and completely devoid of deception or pretense.

Walking the Path of Infinite

It is my sincere hope that all disciples will come to understand the Buddha-heart, align themselves with the Buddha-vow, and follow the Buddha-actions. We must strive to be in complete harmony with Namo Amituofo in our hearts, our vows, and our deeds.

  • The Buddha-heart: This heart is selfless, existing only for the sake of all beings.
  • The Buddha-vow: This vow seeks only for all beings to find true happiness and leave all suffering behind.
  • The Buddha-action: This action is the tireless work of saving beings and guiding them into the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss.

All of this occurs naturally, unfolding within the flow of the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way. If you can follow these teachings—by changing your ways, listening to the , and engaging in diligent practice—you will certainly receive the benefits of the Dharma. When your requests are in accordance with the Truth and the Right Way, you will surely receive the Buddha’s and the illumination of the Buddha’s light. Through this, your negative will be extinguished, and your goodness will flourish. You will continue to purify yourself, becoming more refined and more virtuous, until you finally realise your true nature as an awakened being. In doing so, you will save yourself and save others, achieving liberation from the cycle of rebirth and attaining rebirth in the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss.
