The Dawn of Clarity in the Darkness
For those beings who have long existed in the depths of darkness, the concept of light is entirely foreign. They have never witnessed its brilliance. However, once they encounter the light, they immediately realise the profound difference between the dimness of their past and the clarity of the present.
The Unseen Tapestry of
Within the vast cycle governed by the laws of karma and cause and effect, the environment in which one finds oneself is rarely a matter of personal choice. We are often bound by the consequences of our previous actions. Because of the causes we have sown, we must inevitably reap the results. This is why many find themselves trapped in situations they cannot control or fully understand.
The Infinite Horizon of the Cosmos
Consider even the smallest of creatures. Beyond what the human eye can perceive, there exist even smaller, more subtle forms of life. The space of the universe is truly infinite. We often mistakenly believe that what we see, hear, and think constitutes the entirety of reality. In truth, there are countless different situations and dimensions that exist far beyond the reach of our limited and intellectual comprehension.
Because our perspective is so narrow, we must remain humble and modest. It is only through this humility that we can continuously elevate our spirits and expand our understanding of the cosmos.
The Eternal Journey of the Spirit
Our physical bodies are limited, and our lives in this world have an end. However, our spiritual life is infinite. When we work to elevate our spirits, we gain the capacity to transcend the constraints of time and space. This allows us to ascend to higher, clearer, and more luminous realms of existence.
The Radiance of the Buddha’s
Regardless of the time, location, or space in which a creature resides, Buddha-light provides essential assistance. This is because the light of the Buddha contains within it the supreme qualities of the Buddha:
- The vast power of compassion
- The power of infinite merit
- The power of the vow
- The majestic power of the Buddha's presence
Every being possesses the true self within, yet many are currently shrouded in darkness. Buddha-light serves as the catalyst that helps beings break through this darkness to see the light. It guides us to remove defilements and attain purity, and then to purify ourselves again and again.
Returning to the Source of Our True Nature
Through this process, we eventually become an awakened being, successfully finding our way back to our true self and ultimately attain Buddhahood. Namo Amituofo is now present at Hsiang Kuang: A Sacred Sanctuary, ready to assist and bestow upon all who seek them. It is my sincere wish that all beings come forward to receive this grace.
