The Infinite Layers of Space

An Interview with Venerable Fuhui

Reflections on the Hidden Realms of the Human Body

Venerable Fuhui, a monastic who sought deliverance and clarity at the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre in Australia, reflects on her journey of understanding the nature of space and the spiritual dimensions of healing. This interview was recorded by the chief writer, Lay Practitioner Cao Rudi, on July 27, 2017.

Venerable Fuhui speaks:

"Namo Amituofo. Today, I wish to explore a theme with all of you: the concept of 'space.' Before I arrived at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, my understanding of space was much like that of the general public. I did not give it much thought, assuming it simply meant what the word suggests—a three-dimensional area, a physical realm, or perhaps one's own personal domain.

The Boundless Nature of Reality

Looking back now, I realise that whenever I entered deep meditative concentration and my left my physical form, every place I visited was, in essence, a form of 'space.' Even when I had to enter the physical bodies of others to heal their suffering and communicate with the beings residing within them, that too was a form of space. It is truly as Practitioner Su has described: it is infinitely layered, without any boundaries. To stir a single thought is to create a new space. It is absolutely terrifying when you truly grasp it.

I only now understand that every second, every minute, every hour, and every day of our pasts still exists within these spaces. This is why, when Practitioner Su performs to resolve karmic conflicts, he uses skillful means and often speaks of returning to past lives. Truly, 'wherever one walks, a trace is left behind.' Every single detail is recorded. There is one more vital point I must share with you all: you may not have taken any physical action, but even a subtle thought or a slight fluctuation in your mind is known throughout the entire Realm. There are no secrets. Every single intention is recorded in a file that remains forever.

The Hidden Inhabitants of

In the past, in order to heal others, I often had to enter the spaces within people's bodies to communicate with the beings residing there. Please, do not be frightened by this. The disciples at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre understand my meaning and my methods perfectly, as several of the Venerables here possess the same ability. The beings residing within the human body are layered upon one another, often holding onto deep-seated attachments and refusing to leave.

When the disciples at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre help to identify the source of pain, they write down and invite these beings to come forward to explain why they are seeking revenge. Practitioner Su always acts as the mediator; after communicating with them, he sends them to the Dharma-Nature Land to listen to the Dharma, or directly to the Western Pure Land. I, Fuhui, did not have the ability to send these beings to the Western Pure Land. Sometimes, even though these left the patient's body, they would return to me because they were unsatisfied that they had not yet achieved their revenge. This is why my own body felt increasingly heavy.

The Source of Illness and the Path to Liberation

Namo Amituofo is compassionate. Through the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, the secrets of the human body's internal space have been revealed, allowing the world to truly understand the source of illness. For countless eons, karmic creditors have been hiding within our very cells. Originally, they lived in peace with us, but our every thought and intention—our greed, anger, delusion, and arrogance—awakened these creditors and prompted them to seek revenge. Consequently, suffering the consequences and going to the hospital for treatment became an accepted, inevitable part of life in this world of dust.

People are often unwilling to believe the fact that their own bodies contain infinite layers of space. They dismiss it as nonsense or label it as 'supernatural powers.' If they do that, the loss is entirely their own! Come to the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Australia, and you can personally verify these facts. Do not hesitate any longer. This is a rare and precious opportunity. Beyond truly teaching the public how to practise, this place allows people to understand how to achieve a state of being that is ageless, illness-free, and deathless.

If you are willing to believe the words I have spoken, you are giving yourself the chance for a different life—a life that leads to the opportunity to be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss."
