The Manifestation of the
The Body of Practitioner Su has manifested in the void, subduing countless demons and shaking both the Demon Realm and the entire Dharma Realm to their very foundations. Through the investigation of these demon crowds, it has been revealed that even the most ancient and powerful demons have been brought into the Dharma-Nature Land. Upon witnessing the sincere vow of Practitioner Su to save all beings, I, Namo Amituofo, have bestowed the Twelve Lights to assist in this great task of subduing the darkness.
A Warning to the Fourfold Assembly
The fourfold assembly of disciples must take heed of this event as a vital warning. You must maintain right knowledge, right , and right action in every moment of your lives. The most essential practice is to hold firmly to the Buddha-name, chanting Namo Amituofo without interruption. If you feel the influence of demonic energy, you must know how to transform your state of mind. The ability to remain autonomous and self-governing is the only way to truly save yourself.
Breaking the Chains of Ego
To overcome demonic influence, you must cease all selfish thoughts. The following manifestations of the ego are the very tools that allow demons to control you:
- Selfishness:
- Prioritising your own desires over the needs of others.Self-view:
- Becoming trapped in your own limited perspective of reality.Ego-attachment: Clinging to the false sense of a permanent, independent self.
You must be vigilant and break these attachments at all times. Whenever you notice these patterns arising, you must stop them immediately. Constantly chant Namo Amituofo; do not let the Buddha-name slip from your mind easily. It is the Buddha-heart and the Buddha-mind that possess the power to subdue all demons.
The Path of and Purification
You must learn to act for the benefit of all beings rather than for yourself. In your daily life, you should strive to:
- Do good:
- Ensure your actions are rooted in compassion, the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way.Speak good:
- Use your words to uplift, encourage, and spread the Dharma.Think good: Cultivate a mind that is pure, kind, and free from malice.
Be extremely cautious, for if you create negative through your actions, speech, and thoughts, the resulting suffering will be immense. How can one hope to avoid the retribution of the hells if they continue to sow such negative causes? The suffering and torment of your Body-Mind-Spirit are not problems originating from an external source; they are, in truth, problems of your own heart. If you cannot distinguish between right and wrong, or between the true path and the false, you will continue to act, speak, and think in ways that lead to evil consequences. Once the conditions for these negative causes mature, you will inevitably reap a bitter harvest.
The Opportunity for Salvation
The only way to save yourself is to turn your heart toward the light immediately. Only then can the power of the Buddha truly assist you. We invite the demons to enter the Dharma-Nature Land, where the Buddha-light will purify their hearts and actions. By transforming the demonic heart into a heart of Goodness, they can reveal their inherent Buddha-heart. This is the true meaning of saving demons at this time. Therefore, I urge all beings in the Demon Realm to save themselves; to surrender to the light of the Buddha is the highest and most effective strategy for liberation.
