Due to our individual personality, volatile temper, and the weight of our accumulated karma, we act as magnets for various unseen influences. These include , attached spirits, and even demon crowds. When these entities continuously accumulate within our bodies, they impose a heavy burden upon our physical form. This often manifests as premature aging, persistent illness, and deep physical suffering. Furthermore, this internal imbalance frequently leads to significant mental and emotional distress. As suffers from illness and age, our heart and spirit are dragged down into the depths of pain, causing us to lose our natural sensitivity, clarity, and inner stability.
At such a critical juncture, it is absolutely essential to cultivate sincere shame, engage in deep repenting, and truly change your ways. Only through this process can there be a possibility of resolving these grievances. However, it is often difficult for karmic creditors to reach a state of sincere shame, repentance, and change on their own. Because of this, our individual effort alone is often insufficient to gain the understanding and reconciliation needed to resolve these deep-seated conflicts. This is why we require the support of the Two Powers:
When these beings are willing to accept this reconciliation, the invitation to join the practice, and the spiritual deliverance of , the problems of aging, illness, and the suffering of the body, heart, and spirit can be effectively eased and healed. This is the essence of our spiritual healing method.
Regarding the portion of self-effort, there is a fundamental duty that you must never neglect, regardless of where you are, what time it is, or what circumstances you face. This duty is your daily practice. Daily practice is a wonderful method for diligently nurturing your character and heart. Consider the profound benefits of these essential activities:
