Venerable Yongning speaks:
". I am Venerable Yongning. It is a profound honour to share these reflections on the work of Practitioner Su. When we speak of the deliverance performed by the of Practitioner Su, we are discussing a scope that is truly vast and beyond ordinary comprehension. Today, I wish to speak specifically about the deliverance of earthly spaces—a domain that is incredibly deep, layered, and immense.
The earth is not merely soil and stone; it is a vessel that nurtures all things. Above the ground, there are living beings, and beneath the ground, there are countless others. It is a reality of infinite layers, stretching deep into the core of the planet. If one were to examine the structure of the Earth, from the surface down to the very centre, one would find that every single layer is inhabited by spirits. These are not merely a handful of souls; they are densely packed, layer upon layer, and the vast majority of them are trapped in a cycle of suffering and .
Practitioner Su’s Body deliverance has reached an immense area of the Earth. Whether it is in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, or here in Australia, countless earthly spirits have obtained deliverance. Each country’s spirits appear somewhat different, for every nation carries its own unique history. These historical events—the wars, the tragedies, the forgotten moments—have not vanished simply because time has passed. They remain suspended in space, trapped within the very fabric of the land, and until now, no one has ever known of their existence.
When Practitioner Su’s Dharma Body performs this deliverance, it brings with it the brilliant Buddha-light and the sacred name of 'Namo Amituofo'. This golden light cascades down upon the Earth, penetrating from the surface to the deepest layers. Every level is illuminated by the Buddha’s light. For those whose Causal Conditions have matured, deliverance is immediate. It is a sight to behold—the way the light touches every corner of the Earth, offering a path out of the darkness.
Every day, I observe these earthly creatures—the flowers, the trees, the insects, the animals, the stones, and the very dust of the Earth. When the Buddha-light of Practitioner Su arrives, they all vibrate with excitement within their spaces. They are filled with a desperate, hopeful longing to be saved and led away from their confinement. In this process, many spirits are initially overcome with fear. To protect themselves, they instinctively seek the Dharma Body of Practitioner Su. To them, being near Practitioner Su is the ultimate guarantee—a promise of rebirth in the Western Pure Land and a certainty of salvation. This is why so many spirits are often found around Practitioner Su, and why they are continuously invited forth through the memorial tablets.
The spaces of the Earth are stacked layer upon layer, each one a distinct realm. Within these spaces, one might find remnants of different dynasties, a single village, a town, or even an entire nation, all condensed within the earthly space. They have existed there for ages, with no opportunity to leave. But when Practitioner Su’s Dharma Body brings the golden light, they are finally granted the chance for salvation. Those who are ready seize the opportunity to depart immediately. For those who remain—perhaps because they are not yet willing or their Causal Conditions are not yet ripe—they continue to wait. They wait for the moment when time is right, and when Practitioner Su’s Dharma Body returns, they too will follow the Buddha-light and depart from the earthly space forever."
