The Void Manifests Myriad Phenomena

Those who have realised their true nature have found their way back to the state of Emptiness. It is essential to understand that this Emptiness is not a state of nothingness or non-existence. Rather, it is a state of infinite capacity, a boundless reservoir that encompasses everything within the universe.

The Infinite Capacity of the Void

Within this state of Emptiness, myriad phenomena can manifest. These phenomena are truly boundless. This capacity is not limited merely to the six realms of existence or the four sacred realms found within our worldly realm. It extends far beyond, encompassing the infinite spaces of other worlds, as well as the entirety of the past, the present, and the future. Because the nature of reality is fundamentally empty, it possesses the unique ability to manifest all things. This is why we say that the Void manifests myriad phenomena.

Guiding Beings According to Their Potential

Those who have realised their true nature possess the profound ability to save immeasurable and boundless beings. Within the state of Emptiness, they clearly understand the potential of every being. They teach and transform others with complete freedom and ease, adapting their methods to the specific needs of each individual:

• Those with superior potential: They are able to hear the Dharma once and achieve a thousand awakenings, grasping the entirety of the truth in a single moment of realisation.
• Those with medium potential: They require the manifestation of the Dharma through various means, allowing them to see, hear, and be assisted in their awakening.
• Those with lower potential: Even when the Dharma is manifested for them to see and hear, they may still struggle to awaken.

Regardless of whether a being possesses superior, medium, or lower potential, the practice of chanting Namo Amituofo remains the most effective path. It allows one to unravel the knots of confusion and clear away the areas of ignorance. By chanting, one can wash away the stains of defilement and remove the blockages that hinder the heart. This process enables one to gain understanding, achieve awakening, and strengthen one's meditative concentration. Furthermore, it provides the necessary support to simultaneously cultivate the Three Learnings of Precepts (Discipline), Concentration and Wisdom, as well as the Six Perfections.

The Western Pure Land: A Manifestation of Self-Nature

The myriad phenomena that appear within the Void arise from a state of no-mind. The Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss is precisely the manifestation of the self-nature of Namo Amituofo. It is a world that responds perfectly to the hearts of all beings, a place where one's thoughts and wishes are realised instantly. It is a world of technology beyond all human comprehension, existing within the state of no-mind and Emptiness. All the phenomena that appear within the self-nature of Namo Amituofo are shared and enjoyed by all the beings of the Western Land.

The Magnificence of the Dharma-Nature Land

The Western Land of Dharma Nature is a world of self-nature and Emptiness, where the Buddha-light shines everywhere, illuminating all corners of the universe. This land is a manifestation of the mind-capacity of Practitioner Su. Its space is infinite, capable of encompassing everything without end. The beings and the demon crowds that Practitioner Su has saved reside within this space, where they listen to sutras and hear the Dharma, and participate in the Dharma assembly. Those who can sincerely make the vow to be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss will find that the lotus seat that once held them is unlocked, allowing them to enter the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. This is truly magnificent and represents a tremendous blessing for all the beings who are saved.
