When you are struck by intense pain or unbearable itching, what is your immediate reaction? Do you find that you have forgotten to chant Namo Amituofo? Is your heart devoid of the Buddha, filled only with the agony of your physical form? Do you allow resentment to take root in your heart? Do you find yourself complaining about your circumstances?
The Mirror of
You must not blame others, and you must not harbour resentment. Everything you experience in this life is a result of your own actions. Whether these causes were planted in the distant past or are manifesting in the present, they are the fruits of your own karma. Sometimes, you may be aware of these past deeds, while at other times, the manifests without you knowing the original cause. Regardless, you must accept that this is the natural law of cause and effect.
Cultivating
When you suffer, you must repent. Seek to resolve the conflict with your rather than fighting them or resisting your fate. When you feel the weight of your suffering, let your heart be filled with compassion for all sentient beings who are also trapped in this cycle of pain. You are but one among many who are struggling. By cultivating this compassion, you will naturally accumulate the and virtues necessary to perform , helping these spirits find the peace they seek so that they may be liberated.

We are incredibly fortunate to have the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre, the profound guidance of Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju, and the presence of Practitioner Su. Through their support, your can be assisted in resolving the karma and suffering of the past. This is a tremendous blessing for all of you, and you should always maintain a heart of gratitude for this opportunity.
The Path to
You must be diligent in your practice. Do not let resentment or blame create waves in your heart. These emotional ripples only serve to attract your karmic creditors, allowing them to attach themselves to your body, which in turn leads to the onset of illness and the decline of your physical health. Instead, you must call upon the name of Namo Amituofo with a sincere heart. Ensure your chanting is continuous and uninterrupted. Focus your entire mind on the Buddha-name, allowing no other thoughts to enter. Engage in purification, and then more purification. By doing so, you will awaken the Buddha nature within you. Namo Amituofo.
