True Cultivation is a fundamental concept that practitioners must possess. Using this false body to practice and realise one's true nature, and to find back one's true self and Buddha-nature, is the purpose of practice. Every cell in the human body contains the memories of that person from countless aeons; that is to say, every cell possesses Alaya consciousness, and also possesses the true self and Buddha-nature. If there is sufficient energy to drive every cell to be purified, and to let every cell be pure and good, living in purity and equality, then one can transform the Alaya consciousness of every cell into the Great Perfect Mirror Wisdom, allowing the true self and Buddha-nature of every cell to manifest. When the true self and Buddha-nature are alive, that is when the practitioner has realised their true nature and attained Buddhahood. Those who have realised their true nature can purify every cell. Every cell is a Buddha and can have the opportunity to attain Buddhahood individually, making the spiritual life of the cell a part of the countless manifestations. The spiritual life within the cells exists in the space of the cells; this is difficult for science to explore, yet it truly exists. Those who believe have the opportunity to learn purification through practice and develop the abilities of their true self, seeking back their pure and good true self; if there is even the slightest doubt, their spirit is polluted and it is difficult to realise their true nature.
In the world of Buddha or Bodhisattvas, there is no need for language; everything is within the heart and mind. I observe the body of Practitioner Su, who has realised their true nature; their space is broader than that of an ordinary person. The reason lies in the heart; the heart is the master of all. The heart of one who has realised their true nature is boundless; when saving beings, there is no end, and the capacity of the heart is also boundless. Regarding tangible objects, ordinary eyes only see the physical form, but the heart of one who has realised their true nature is transparent. Their Six Roots are transparent and fully open, and their body is also transparent. Under this transparency, they can penetrate physical objects, allowing these objects to be presented transparently before them, making everything clear at a glance. The body is a physical entity. Any dynamic movements of cells and many creatures contained within the body can be expressed through instinctive ability, using words and language to describe the situation seen. For those who have realised their true nature, the body is a tool for saving beings in the world. Now, after Practitioner Su has realised their true nature, they save boundless beings. Seeing the suffering of beings, they do not fear the suffering of the body and continue to act directly. This kind of physical test is difficult for ordinary people to endure, because for people, one must have a body to exist in the world. Therefore, they protect it in every way, not allowing the body to suffer the slightest damage, and even less do they wish for the body to suffer. So, if they feel sick or have attached spirits in their body, they will try every means to remove or heal it. If it is mentioned that practice requires bearing the suffering of beings or that there will be physical suffering, they will retreat and find it difficult to move forward. This means the physical test has not been passed. One must cultivate compassion and a sense of oneness to eliminate self-protection for the body. After passing the physical test, practice can take a big step forward. The physical test also includes overcoming drowsiness and entering the state of space. Practitioner Su shares the knowledge, abilities, and the process of realising their true nature in lectures. If those listening to the Dharma are beings from the underworld, seeing the body of Practitioner Su, they will know the level of practice and which stage has been reached. Those who know Practitioner Su, however, because of their approachable nature, overlook that what they say is all true words. If one can listen and learn, one can gain great benefits from it. Although the beings currently invited out by Practitioner Su's body to bear their suffering include those from as far back as thirty years ago, because they are quiet, undisturbed, and still after entering the body, they have not affected Practitioner Su's act of realising their true nature. It is like the fifty trillion cells originally in Practitioner Su's body; because Practitioner Su's body and mind are selflessly for beings, there must be many cell beings that have not manifested. Moreover, the more pure and good one is, the more the cells become pure and good. The quality of the cells turns into positive energy. Even if there are attached spirits in the body, they are transformed by the great environment within the body, having no evil heart, no evil thoughts, and certainly no evil actions. Even if beings have evil hearts, evil thoughts, and perform evil deeds, they will be inspired by the righteous thoughts of Practitioner Su's body and mind to change their hearts, thoughts, and actions, entering into righteous hearts, righteous thoughts, and righteous actions. That is, the heart and actions of the practitioner's own righteous retribution transform the heart and actions of the attached spirits' dependent retribution, making them closer and closer to realising their true nature, reaching the state of no aging, sickness, or death, and finally realising their true nature. If one's own righteous retribution's heart and actions are interfered with and obstructed by karma, karmic creditors, or attached spirits, resulting in aging, sickness, and death, it is because one's own righteous retribution is being turned by the dependent retribution of karmic creditors and attached spirits, moving further and further away from realising their true nature.
