Understanding Namo Amituofo and the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss
Single-mindedly chant the six-character name "Namo Amituofo", through faith, vows, and practice, knowing the suffering of beings and making the vow to be reborn in the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss, obtaining ultimate liberation and happiness, delivering oneself and others to be reborn in the Western Pure Land.
Understanding the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way
Guiding beings to understand the laws of karma and cause and effect, to see clearly the true face of good, evil, and the six realms of rebirth, and to distinguish between the real and the illusory. Through precepts, concentration, and wisdom, one can transform from selfish to selfless, from having a self to no-self, knowing suffering is an illusion; if one can have an awakening, using True Cultivation, the time will come to see the truth.
Purifying the body, heart, and spirit, putting in the work from the heart
Purifying what? Purifying the six roots of this body—eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind. Purifying the spirit, helping the spirit grow, elevating the quality of one's spirit, and allowing keen awareness to manifest. Cultivation requires putting in the work from the heart; seek within, do not seek without. The heart is inherently complete, lacking nothing, but because it is tainted, one does not see the completeness but only sees the lack.
Utilising the human body as "the technology among technologies"
What does it mean that the body is "the technology among technologies"? For example, when the five eyes are clear and bright, one can see that there are spaces within spaces, and that countless spaces exist, one can open these spaces to deliver sentient beings in spaces spanning trillions of years who have not yet been delivered. One can see that the air is filled with countless beings listening to sutras and hearing the Dharma, or waiting for the Thrice Yearning Ceremony to receive deliverance. One can see the distribution of karmic creditors, attached spirits, and demon crowds within the body, as well as where beings gather causing aging and illness, and thus perform spiritual healing such as resolving conflicts, inviting beings, and delivering sentient beings!

修行的種種方法是為了去除染汙，恢復本來清淨。 所謂染汙為起心動念、心有波動之下的行為、言語及念頭。 念頭入識，入識成業，造下身語意三業， 且與過往業力相牽業現，如何能清淨？ 修行淨土，乃淨化自心佛國土， 由汙染之穢土經過淨化而轉清淨之佛國土， 故如何淨化身心靈，乃至入清淨之身心靈，而尋回自性， 是為重要之事。

Where is the focus of learning the Dharma?
The focus of practice is the heart. Who is not selfish? Learning the Dharma requires keeping a good heart, speaking good words, doing good deeds, and being a good person. If you think well of everything and consider others, then this practice has true "attainment", you can be free from ageing and illness, and the spirit can migrate to the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. The human world has no way out, you must save yourself!
Where is the exit?
Chanting this Buddha-name provides an exit. Most people will die and be reincarnated. Chant one Buddha's name to the end, you can be free from ageing and illness, the spirit will not die, and there is an exit. Chanting one Buddha's name to the end can transform karma. According to the Infinite Life Sutra (The Buddha Speaks the Mahayana, Infinite Life, Adornment, Purity, Impartiality, and Enlightenment Sutra), follow moral foundations, you can be the master, and the spirit will not die.
