This is a record of an interview with the spirit of Jeffrey Koo Jr., who sought at the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre in Australia. This account reflects upon his spiritual state as observed by the chief writer, Venerable Shi Faxin, on February 24, 2018.

Jeffrey Koo Jr. speaks:

"Namo Amituofo. I am Jeffrey Koo Jr. What I see before me is a land paved with gold, a realm of absolute purity and dignity. It is a world that anyone who catches a glimpse of would immediately yearn for. I see countless beings flying toward the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, never once looking back. They possess a keen spiritual sensitivity; they know, deep down, how magnificent the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss truly is.

The Illusion of Earthly Attachment

Yet, despite this, there are still so many beings who remain stubbornly attached to the things they were doing, the lives they were leading, and the familiar environments they once called home. This is the space I see them inhabiting. To the casual observer, their lives seem so ordinary, so normal. They have no idea that they have long since become spirits, and that they have long since lost the ability to control their own destinies. In their busy, repetitive lives, I seem to see the shadows of my own past reality.

It is time to help these beings escape from such a space. This is the inconceivable merit and power of the Buddha-name. This experience is a vastly different encounter compared to the life I lived in the human world.

A Subtle

Only during moments of sudden clarity do I feel a sense of sorrow. It is as if there is something within my body that is waiting to be awakened, yet I have not fully come to my . It is a strange sensation; the of the spirit body seem to be echoed by the physical form. This is a subtle, yet profound, progression. It is the inconceivable progress achieved through the daily purification of fifty trillion cells. Everything is moving toward a hopeful, positive outcome.

I am grateful for the daily Chao Du, which allows me to participate in the ranks of saviours. It is a process of sharing the salvation of the world, and in doing so, I am slowly finding my true self again. Namo Amituofo."
