Recorded by Venerable HaiZe at Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre

This record documents an interview conducted by Venerable HaiZe with Magla, a representative from the Datalaya planet. Seeking salvation from the impending destruction of their home world, the beings of Datalaya arrived at the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre in Australia to request . This dialogue, recorded on May 21, 2017, captures their desperate plea for refuge and their subsequent guidance toward the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.

Venerable HaiZe speaks:

"Namo Amituofo. I ask the Buddha: today, should I write down the Buddha’s words, or should I invite the spirits for the fourfold assembly? Please, Buddha, provide your compassionate guidance."

Namo Amituofo replied: "HaiZe, today you shall engage in a dialogue with the space. The participants in the are immeasurable and boundless. This will also strengthen and deepen the faith of all those participating. Please proceed. You may converse with these beings from outside our world. Transcribe their words into text so that all beings may understand the purpose of their arrival."

A Visitor from the Datalaya Planet

"Yes! Thank you, Buddha," I replied. "Namo Amituofo. May I ask which being or is available to receive this interview?"

A voice responded: "I can do it!"

I asked: "Namo Amituofo. May I ask your name and where you come from?"

The being replied: "I come from an outer galaxy, from the Datalaya planet. My name is Magla."

I greeted him: "Greetings, Magla. Namo Amituofo."

Magla replied: "Namo Amituofo. We have already learned that whenever you people open your mouths, you chant Namo Amituofo. It is a sign of respect and politeness."

I confirmed: "That is correct!"

Magla continued: "Information is shared between our galaxies. We learned that a Great Buddha resides here, so we came to pay our respects. We arrived yesterday but could not enter. It was only this morning, when many friendly spirits moved toward the bright light ahead, that we were finally able to gain entry."

The Purpose of the Visit

I explained: "Namo Amituofo. This morning was our morning walking meditation and deliverance ceremony. Everyone was chanting Namo Amituofo while walking to respectfully send off the spirits and Bodhisattvas to be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss."

Magla said: "That is the primary purpose of our visit here."

I asked: "The Teaching Master of the Western Pure Land is Namo Amituofo—the very one we just chanted. May I ask how you came to this place?"

Magla explained: "We are a newly emerged planet. Previously, our celestial body suffered a massive impact from an external force. The vibrations were too intense, and the planet could not be repaired. We had to find another place to exist. It just so happened that a message reached us, indicating that we could visit this location to find out where we might reside."

A Sanctuary for All Beings

I welcomed them: "Welcome. Today happens to be the Thrice Yearning Ceremony, and you are all welcome to participate. Many other planets and beings from outer space have already entered the Western Land of Nature at our Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre to listen to the sutras and hear the Dharma before transitioning to the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss."

Magla asked: "I see. How long has your centre been established?"

I replied: "Namo Amituofo established the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss ten kalpas ago. As for the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre, it has been established for about half a year."

Magla asked with urgency: "Is there still enough time for us to wait?"

I reassured him: "Namo Amituofo means Infinite Life and Infinite Light. There are no limitations of time or space. No matter when or where, through the sincere chanting of Namo Amituofo—even just for one thought or ten thoughts—one can be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. However, one must first be led by Practitioner Su into the Western Land of Dharma Nature at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre to make a vow before one can be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. How many of you wish to go to the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss?"

A Desperate Search for a New Home

Magla revealed: "Our planet cannot be repaired, and the explosion is imminent. We must find a habitat in the shortest time possible. Currently, there are two billion, nine hundred and eighty-seven million, two hundred and ten thousand, and forty-two of us who have come. Our counting personnel have even included you, Venerable HaiZe, as one of us. You possess a bright body within you that you are not yet aware of. If it can be manifested here, it will be of great benefit to us."

I replied: "Thank you. I, too, must return to the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss one day, but not yet. I still have a mission to complete before I can return."

Magla observed: "Your face also carries a bright body; you can lead many who have karmic affinity with you to come here. You must take good care of it. As for those red spots on your face, praise them more, and if you cherish them, they will disappear. Some of them are actually our partners. You are also a transmitter of signals; you are an energy body. It is just temporarily hidden for now, but it is about to manifest. You only need to add a little more source of power."

I asked: "May I ask what a 'source of power' is?"

Magla answered: "We survive by relying on sources of power. It is a kind of inexhaustible, joyful energy."

I said: "Thank you for telling us these things! After I input this data, Practitioner Su will be able to see it. During today's ceremony, I will invite you all to enter the Western Land of Dharma Nature. May I ask how you sent the signal to find this place?"

Magla explained: "Through mental signals. It is a high-level transmission of thought-sources. If your focus cannot be concentrated, you cannot receive the signal. At this moment, you seem to have entered the right state and can receive signals stably. Earlier, you were interfered with by your own energy, which caused some , but you have now adjusted. You should be able to receive related information in the future."

I concluded: "Thank you! I also pray that you may all enter the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss very soon. How many people are still left on your planet?"

Magla replied: "A portion of us has not yet come out. Only those at the top know the exact number."

I said: "Very well. I will help you prepare the memorial tablets. Memorial Tablet: Outer Galaxy, Datalaya Planet. Currently, there are 2,987,210,042 beings. Representative: Magla (already sent into the Western Land of Dharma Nature at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre). Namo Amituofo."
