Recorded by Chief Writer Fa Ning on May 1, 2026
This is a record of an interview with Liu Dianzuo, the younger brother of Liu Rong. He sought deliverance at the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre in Australia and now resides in the Western Land of Nature. This account, recorded by the chief writer, Fa Ning, on May 1, 2026, details his transition from the ghost realm to the Western Pure Land.
Liu Dianzuo speaks:
"Namo Amituofo. I am Liu Dianzuo. Today, I have arrived in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, and I wish to make a report to everyone who knew me. I want to tell you all that I have safely reached this Buddha-land.
It is truly beyond my wildest expectations that less than a month has passed since I left the human world, yet so many incredible changes have occurred. This is vastly different from what I had originally imagined. I, Liu Dianzuo, am truly a person of immense . I am filled with gratitude for the of Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su.
From the Ghost Realm to the Buddha-land
Not long after I departed from the human world, I received the deliverance of from the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre. I heard Practitioner Su calling my name, saying, 'Liu Dianzuo, brother of Liu Rong, please come up.' At that time, I was wandering in the ghost realm. Hearing those resonant words left me absolutely astonished.
It is true; I was indeed in the ghost realm at that moment. I was a ghost, just like the state many people find themselves in after they pass away. You may not understand the world of ghosts, but having walked that path myself, I can tell you this: everyone is surrounded by ghosts. This space we inhabit is filled, absolutely packed, with countless spirits.
The space I occupied was incredibly crowded. The world of ghosts is actually quite bustling, yet everyone is busy with their own affairs, seemingly unrelated to one another. Although the environment was dark and gloomy, everyone seemed somewhat dazed. We were all performing meaningless tasks without even realizing it. It is a truly mysterious and tragic phenomenon.
The Crucial Role of Family and Practitioner Su
I am the luckiest of ghosts. I had not been in that realm for long before I was guided upward by Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su. I must also express my deepest gratitude to my sister, Liu Rong. I am so thankful that she arranged for my Chao Du in such a timely manner. The Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre is truly a unique and extraordinary place. I am so grateful that my family had the opportunity to encounter this centre.
We are all people of great blessings. You who still possess a human body in the human world must continue your diligent practice. Do not end up like me, becoming a ghost after death; that is a state of immense suffering. Please, practise diligently and cultivate your heart. Perhaps one day, you will be even better off than I am, able to know the time of your passing in advance and be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.
The Illusion of Human Autonomy
We only have the opportunity to be reborn in the Western Pure Land today because Practitioner Su is here, capable of inviting Namo Amituofo to descend into the human world. If you look back through thousands of years of Chinese history, or even further into the past, where else could one find such an opportunity to be reborn in the Western Pure Land? It is unprecedented.
Therefore, I, Liu Dianzuo, have held a heart of gratitude and while listening to Practitioner Su give lectures in the Western Land of Dharma Nature. I have listened to one lecture, then two, then three, and as I continue to listen, my heart has opened wider and wider, becoming increasingly purified. After only a few weeks of this purification, I, Liu Dianzuo, am truly a completely different person from the one I was before.
My spirit is now clear and awake, whereas my former physical body was blurry and clouded. I used to think I was clear-headed, but in reality, that was not the case at all. In the human world, everyone's body is simultaneously controlled and influenced by many beings. Who can truly say they are in control of themselves? Apart from Practitioner Su, there is truly no one else who can claim that.
I can now see that my former body had no ability to act autonomously. My spirit had long been locked away, allowing the beings attached to me to take charge. Every word I spoke and every thought I had was dictated by them. My meditative concentration was insufficient, so I had no choice but to be led by the nose.
You are all the same, my family; everyone is the same. It is not just me; we all share common traits, which is why we became a family in the first place.
A Message of Hope from the Western Pure Land
I am looking at all of you now from the Western Pure Land, and I cannot help but laugh with joy. I hope you are all doing well. Please, rest assured—I have truly arrived in the West. You must be at peace, because I am now a spirit far happier than any of you. In the future, when you arrive here, do not forget to keep chanting Namo Amituofo. The Buddha is always by our side, bestowing blessings upon us.
Having arrived in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, I am even more fortunate than all of you! The Buddha is always right before me; whenever I look up, I see the Buddha. The Buddha is constantly giving lectures, teaching the Dharma, and always working to save and deliver us. I am now living a pure, peaceful, and wonderful life. I hope that all of you can come over soon, and that you can experience the profound mysteries of the Buddha-land for yourselves.
Gratitude to Namo Amituofo, gratitude to everyone, and gratitude to Practitioner Su.
Namo Amituofo."
