The Historical Scholar speaks:
"Namo Amituofo. I am a scholar who lived during the height of the Tang Dynasty. For centuries, I wandered through the six realms of rebirth, trapped by the heavy weight of my own attachments to literature, prestige, and the fleeting nature of worldly power. I spent lifetimes searching for a truth that could transcend the cycle of samsara, yet I remained lost in the fog of my own karmic debts. It was a long, arduous journey, filled with the echoes of books I had written and the pride I had cultivated, all of which ultimately served only to anchor me more firmly to the cycle of suffering."
The Weight of History
"Think about it—what is the value of a name in history when the soul is still bound by the Law of Cause and Effect? I spent so many years clinging to the past, believing that my legacy was my identity. It was only when I encountered the compassionate light of the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre that I finally realised the futility of my struggle. The suffering I endured was not merely physical; it was the spiritual exhaustion of a soul that had forgotten its original nature. I had spent so long looking for answers in the dust of history that I failed to see the light of the Buddha shining right before me."
The Path to Deliverance
"I am eternally grateful to Practitioner Su for her tireless dedication to saving suffering spirits. When I was brought before the Buddha, I was trembling, burdened by the accumulated of a thousand years. Practitioner Su guided me to repent sincerely before Namo Amituofo. In that moment of profound clarity, the heavy chains of my past were shattered. I felt the warmth of the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss calling to me, a place where the soul is finally free from the cycle of rebirth. It was as if a great weight had been lifted from my spirit, and for the first time in an eternity, I felt the lightness of true liberation."
A New Life in the West
"Now, I reside in the Western Pure Land, where every moment is filled with the wisdom of the . Everything here is so natural; we communicate through the heart and mind, and there is no need for the spoken words that once defined my life as a scholar. This beautiful world was established by the Great Compassionate Namo Amituofo, and it is a blessing beyond measure that this connection exists today at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Australia. It is a beacon for all beings, a direct flight to the Western Pure Land for those who are ready to let go and return home. Namo Amituofo."
