Where does the Buddha-heart reside? It is not a distant treasure, but a fundamental quality inherent in every sentient being. Even those as small as the grains of sand in the Ganges, or the invisible molecules in the air, possess this Buddha-heart in its entirety. Nothing is lacking.
The Veil of Ignorance
However, because we have been lost in the darkness of confusion for countless aeons, this Buddha-heart has become dimmed and obscured. We have wandered through the six realms of rebirth, trapped by our own ignorance. Yet, in this precious human life, we have the unique opportunity to reveal this original nature. We must learn to use the false to cultivate the true.
The Path of Purification
By keeping the Buddha-heart as our constant companion, we can remove our defilements and attain purity, eventually seeing our true nature. This is a possibility for every being in this life; therefore, you must grasp this opportunity and not let your life pass in vain.

Escaping the Sea of Suffering
Many beings are trapped in the cycle of rebirth, their vision obscured by . They cannot see the truth and thus fall into wrong paths, suffering the pains of birth, aging, sickness, and death. Their spirits are trapped in an ocean of karma with no end in sight. But here, the light of the Buddha-path at Hsiang Kuang shines forth, leading you toward the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.
The Ultimate Goal
As you practise and seek the , your body, mind, and spirit will become pure. Your spiritual nature will become clear and bright. When you reach the state where there is no obstruction between principle and phenomena, you will see your true nature. The Buddha-heart wishes for all beings to leave suffering behind and never again endure the hardships of the cycle of rebirth. We vow to save all beings, stepping forward with sincerity and diligence.
Resolving
The Buddha-heart is priceless, yet it is difficult to find because the demon path obstructs our practice. Today, with Namo Amituofo as our teacher and Practitioner Su walking with us, we can subdue these demons and bring peace to the world. By resolving our karmic creditors and clearing away demonic obstacles, we gradually cultivate and clarify our minds until the Buddha-heart is revealed. We join the Buddha in saving the world and guiding beings to rebirth in the Western Pure Land.
The holy name of Namo Amituofo spreads throughout the Dharma Realm, and the Buddha-light shines across three thousand worlds. May the Buddha-name be heard everywhere in the human world. We are grateful that Namo Amituofo abides at Hsiang Kuang, saving beings with boundless . May the human world manifest as a Land of the Golden Lotus, where the Buddha-heart and the Buddha-vow are practised everywhere. You will be free from aging, sickness, and death, and your spirit will never perish, for you will enter the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.
