The Door to the Truth

This interview features Venerable Changren, who attained deliverance through the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre and now resides in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. This record of his teachings on the path to the Truth was documented on September 25, 2018, by the chief writer, Shi Faxi.

Venerable Changren speaks:

"Namo Amituofo. I am Venerable Changren. I hold a firm belief that, in the end, the door will open. Through these many days of vigorous promotion and sincere, diligent effort, this door is certain to swing wide. On the other side of that door, there are immeasurable and boundless sentient beings waiting. This door is the only path that leads to the Truth—the path to the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss."

Transforming the Hearts of Leaders

"Every single day, these prominent leaders are undergoing Chao Du. This process provides immense help to their bodies and minds. Unconsciously, they are all in the midst of a profound transformation, shifting their mindsets back toward sincerity. Originally, because of the competition and struggle inherent in their positions, they created a significant amount of sins in this world. However, after experiencing the guidance of Practitioner Su time and time again, and after being shown the various situations of human life, as well as the realities of the hells and the ghost realm, their hardened hearts have truly begun to soften and change."

The Struggle of Political Responsibility

"At this moment, there is still a dark force in the world that needs to be addressed—that is, the nature of their thinking. As they themselves have expressed, the moment they begin to contemplate state affairs, all the sentient beings they have karmically offended return to them, rapidly filling their consciousness. Seeing such a swift and overwhelming situation, I was quite astonished. Consequently, I have dispatched many 'generals' to assist them, hoping only to help them regain their clarity and peace of mind, so that they might maintain this state for a longer duration."

A Collective Effort for Goodness

"I truly hope that the world can change. It lies in the hands of these influential figures as they commit to genuine practice. Now, more and more forces of Goodness are joining this cause, and I am certain that we can gradually set sail. Only here is there the capability for a direct voyage to the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. It is a path of true, authentic practice, and everything is currently progressing steadily."

The education between the Buddha’s teachings and the world is shifting toward Goodness. I hope that everyone can be of one heart and one mind. I am grateful for the compassionate heart of the Buddha.
