The path of practice is the gateway to the Buddha’s gate. It is the essential process that every practitioner must undergo to transform their life. If one has not personally experienced and verified these teachings through dedicated practice, what one has learned remains merely superficial—a thin layer of knowledge that cannot withstand the storms of life.

The Foundation of True Practice

To attain genuine skills in your practice, you must reach a state where your heart remains undisturbed by external conditions. A true practitioner is one who, while dwelling in deep meditative concentration, can face all manner of external environments and temptations without allowing their inner stillness to be shaken. This unwavering stability is the hallmark of one who has truly mastered the path.

The Whirlpool of Samsara

Before one reaches the state of an awakened being, -Mind-Spirit is much like a turbulent whirlpool. This vortex is powerful and relentless; it draws in all beings who come near or who inadvertently find themselves at its edge. Once caught within this spinning force, one is pulled into a cycle of endless movement, unable to find rest or clarity.

Returning to the Stillness of the True Self

Today, the students of Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre are striving to emerge from this very whirlpool. You are seeking to calm the waters of your life, hoping to restore the original, tranquil state that is free from the ripples of desire and confusion. True practice is the only way to navigate this; it allows you to remain unconfused by the illusory world. By not entering into these illusions, you can rediscover your true self and live in a way that flows naturally with the .

The Power of Buddha's

For those who wish to be liberated from being reincarnated, the path is clear. Through your own sincere and true practice, you will receive the profound Buddha's blessings. As you continue to chant Namo Amituofo, the whirlpool will gradually lose its momentum. It will cease its frantic spinning, and you will no longer be driven by the force of past . In this way, you will restore your original state—a heart that is perfectly still, clear, and without waves.
