How much longer do you intend to perform in this endless, repetitive play? The duration of this life is but a fleeting moment, yet you continue to act out the same tired scenes, lifetime after lifetime. Why not choose to perform a truly magnificent play, one that will leave a profound legacy for those who follow? You must realise that the roles you are currently playing are all essentially the same, and they all lead to the same tragic conclusion. It is time to change the script and embrace a new, enlightened direction.

The Monotony of the Endless Cycle

It is a common saying that life is like a play, and a play is like life. Even children today can easily write this in their school essays. While this observation is universally known, how many people are truly awake to its meaning? Most people acknowledge the truth of these words, yet they immediately return to their old patterns of living. In the end, the one who suffers the most from this cycle is yourself. Why do we say that the dramas of human life are all so similar? It is because they are almost always centred on the same mundane themes of romance, conflict, and loss. And what is the final act? It is invariably a tragedy. The protagonists meet, they separate, they die, and then they are reborn to begin yet another play. Perhaps in the next life, you will perform as an animal, or perhaps you will experience the various states of the hells. Do you truly wish to continue this performance? You are already exhausted by these ancient, worn-out scripts. It is time to revitalise your spirit and change the play entirely.

Breaking Free from the Tragic Script

You have the power to perform a magnificent, breathtaking play—a masterpiece that will allow you to transcend this cycle once and for all. You do not need to continue this endless series of performances. This one play, if performed with true conviction, will be enough. Do not worry about the lack of an audience; this performance will be a prize-winning work of art that resonates throughout the universe. What constitutes a play that is truly worthy of praise? It is the great drama of returning to the . To this day, very few people have the courage to perform this role well. It is not a simple script to master, for it requires you to be absolutely determined and to act with caution and in every single scene.

The Magnificent Play of Returning to the Western Pure Land

To perform this role, you must be vigilant and discerning. You must learn to distinguish between what is beneficial and what is not. Specifically, you must avoid any role that is tainted by the following, which prevent one from understanding the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way:

  • Greed:
  • The insatiable desire for worldly gain.Anger:
  • The destructive fire that burns away your merit.Delusion:
  • The lack of clarity regarding the nature of reality.Arrogance:
  • The pride that prevents one from bowing to the wisdom of the Buddha.Seven Emotions and : The attachments that keep you trapped in the cycle of rebirth.

Instead, you should focus your energy on the themes of saving the world, , and the cultivation of . When you dedicate your performance to these noble goals, the conclusion is guaranteed: you will return to the Western Pure Land and achieve ultimate liberation. From that moment on, you will no longer need to wear the costumes of this world or be forced to play roles that you did not choose, which have left you so weary and burdened.

A Final Call to Change Your Destiny

It is not too late to change the plot of your life. Since you are the actor, you have the freedom to choose your performance. Do not tell yourself that you cannot do it. The final act is certain: it is the return to the Western Pure Land. Once you have made this firm vow, you must begin the production immediately. Time is running out, and the number of episodes in this life is limited. Do not waste another moment. Let every scene you perform from this day forward be filled with perfection, , and the light of Namo Amituofo. This is the only way to ensure that your final performance is a true success.
