The Mystery of Cellular Salvation: A Dialogue with Namo Amituofo
Teachings Received by Practitioner Su
Recorded on June 13, 2017
The Hidden Intelligence of
On the morning of June 13, 2017, following her morning meditation walk, Practitioner Su shared a profound insight regarding the nature of the human body. She observed that the human body contains far more than fifty trillion cells. These cells are not merely inert biological matter; they carry the deep-seated memories of our past lives and possess a sensitive, innate awareness that can be guided and taught.
The brilliance of the Buddha’s teachings lies in our ability to use the methods of practice to educate and transform these cells. Instead of allowing our cells or negative thoughts to obstruct us—leading to inappropriate behaviours and harmful mental states—we can purify them. This is the true meaning of saving oneself. When our cells are purified and possess this refined awareness, we can then use them as a tool to help save other beings. We humbly requested that Namo Amituofo provide further guidance on this matter.
The Truth of the Universe
Namo Amituofo offered these teachings:
The mysteries of the universe are hidden deep within, and Practitioner Su has begun to unveil them one by one. To understand these truths is to transform them into the wondrous . When you enter into wisdom and manifest your vows, you are able to save and liberate all beings. The true value of a human being lies in their spirit and . This spirit is vast, capable of encompassing both the void and the manifest, holding within it the infinite.
The spirit can be divided into the soul and the consciousness. When the consciousness becomes entangled with the heart, it creates deep-seated attachments. Though these are formless, they are endless. Every being in the Dharma Realm possesses this spirit and consciousness, hidden deep within the heart.
Transforming Consciousness into Wisdom
To transform consciousness into wisdom is to polish the Great Perfect Mirror. When your original nature is revealed, it is as it has always been. Everyone can achieve this, provided the Causal Conditions are met. Why do some experience Goodness while others experience evil? It is because their good roots and their accumulation of differ.
Everything that takes form is the result of conditions. A single thought can give rise to a form in a subtle instant, and when thoughts accumulate, the conditions mature. Thus, one enters into the consciousness of the polluted world. However, each of these polluted consciousnesses can be resolved. These polluted states are stored within your cells. By teaching and guiding them, you can transform the polluted into the pure, thereby transforming the body that suffers from birth, aging, sickness, and death.
- Grow : By nurturing your inner virtue, you lay the foundation for liberation.
- Achieve the fruit of : Through consistent practice, you reach the ultimate goal of Enlightenment.
The Alchemy of the Buddha-Name
If you can truly live according to the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way, you will transform your and your environment. Your body—your dependent retribution—can be seen as the manifestation of your cells, while your awareness—your direct retribution—is the master of your state. If the dependent retribution follows the direct retribution, you can transform your karma and your physical form.
Every virtuous thought brings a virtuous result. If you chant the name of Namo Amituofo with every thought, your cells will be purified by the Buddha-name. This transforms the polluted into the pure, leaving you radiant and clear. Your body will become like lapis lazuli, your face will shine like the Buddha’s, and even the pores of your skin will emit the Buddha-light. This is the true nature of an awakened being. When your is present in every cell, you will naturally be able to perform acts of Goodness.
The Infinite of Namo Amituofo
Do not abandon a single being as they pass through the gaps of existence. Although the beings you contain are infinite, they are all within the scope of the Dharma Body’s salvation. Practitioner Su’s heart is focused solely on the of Ultimate Bliss. By aligning your heart with the ocean of the Buddha’s heart, you will naturally resonate with the power of Namo Amituofo to save all beings.
When you follow the path of reincarnation, your body is composed of the four elements—earth, water, fire, and wind—and your Six Roots are formed by your cells. Having drunk Meng Po’s soup, you have forgotten your past, yet your cells and your spirit remain. This is how your karma is recorded, manifesting as the various encounters of this life. Birth, aging, sickness, and death all arise from this, as do the cycles of the six realms of rebirth.
Do not let your heart grow cold, for as long as one breath remains, there is a solution. Even if it is difficult to maintain right , you must transform your thoughts into the Buddha-name. Chant Namo Amituofo with your heart and mouth, and let your actions reflect the image of the Buddha. When others see this, they will naturally be moved to transform their own hearts. This is the manifestation of the Buddha-heart. Calm your body and mind, and do not let them be disturbed. Let the Buddha-name irrigate your entire being, purifying you again and again until your body becomes as transparent as Namo Amituofo. The Dharma Body and its cells will move freely, saving beings throughout the day and night, with a heart as still as water. When the heart is settled, not a single deluded thought will arise. Follow this path, learn from it, and put it into practice. If you do this, how could you not reach the moment of an awakened being?
