The Unwavering Spirit of the Path

Fearlessness is not merely the absence of alarm; it is a profound synthesis of courage, boldness, and unwavering perseverance. It is an indispensable element for any practitioner who seeks to attain true spiritual achievement. Without this quality, the path of practice remains fragile and easily shaken by the winds of change.

The Practitioner's Resolve Amidst the Storm

For the dedicated practitioner, the journey of cultivation is often fraught with challenges. Yet, one must remain fearless in the face of the many obstacles that arise in this world. Whether it is the interference of demons or the complex entanglements caused by the suffering of other beings, the practitioner stands firm. To willingly take on the suffering of others is the ultimate manifestation of a and the practical application of Wisdom (Prajna). Such a selfless spirit is truly worthy of our deepest respect, and such virtuous conduct is truly admirable.

Faith as the Anchor of the Soul

Even if the physical body suffers, one does not retreat. Even if the path is difficult and one's progress seems slow or halting, one continues to move forward with unwavering focus. This is only possible because of one's absolute, overflowing faith in Namo Amituofo. By becoming an awakened being, one attains the achievement of being able to come and go freely from the of Ultimate Bliss. With a clear and thorough understanding of the truth of reality, one can walk the path of saving oneself, delivering other beings, and spreading the without a trace of fear. This is the very manifestation we witness in the life and work of Practitioner Su.

The Buddha-Heart in Eternal Motion

To maintain this fearlessness, one must be vigilant against the traps of the ego. We must ensure that we do not become trapped or bound by external circumstances, nor fall into the snares of confusion and doubt. We must not allow the ego—our attachment to , our , our , and our fears—to cause us to falter or stop our progress. We must not allow the selfish desire for self-protection to arise, as this leads only to harming others or slandering those around us. Furthermore, we must not yield or compromise when faced with internal disturbances or external pressures. Instead, we must act because the Buddha-heart is solely for the sake of all beings. The Buddha-vow is to save all beings, and the Buddha-actions are to deliver all beings. Thus, we move forward with total fearlessness, guided by the light of the infinite. Namo Amituofo.
