Teachings from Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju:

My dear children, before you have successfully transformed your , it is inevitable that you will experience suffering when your past negative karma manifests in this life. When these challenges arise, you must remain vigilant. You must shift your heart and mind. Do not lose your courage or your determination. When the negative karma you have created in the past manifests before you, you must be willing to accept it with a calm and open heart.

Embracing the Lessons of Karma

Fortunately, you are not alone on this journey. You have the support of Namo Amituofo, the Teacher, and Practitioner Su. Together, they help you resolve the conflict and grievances of all beings and assist you in dissolving your negative karma as conditions mature. By following this path, you can gradually clear the obstacles that have long hindered your progress.

Cultivating Through Stillness

To truly save beings with compassion, you must first cultivate a heart that is peaceful and still. When you face the events of your daily life, you must address them one by one. By maintaining this inner peace, you will find the resolution you seek. A heart that is not easily swayed is the foundation of all spiritual progress.

The Universal Principle of Impermanence

You must understand that the laws of karma and cause and effect are the Universal Principle. Every person, without exception, is subject to these natural laws. Furthermore, impermanence is the constant state of this world. Therefore, when you encounter sudden situations that disrupt your day, difficult events that arise in your life without warning, or people and circumstances that challenge your patience and resolve, you must be able to face these things with a peaceful heart. This is the act of facing reality as it truly is.

The True Skill of the Practitioner

To face these challenges with meditative concentration—this is the true skill of a practitioner. This is what you must do, and this is what you must know. By maintaining this focus, you remain steady regardless of the external conditions. Namo Amituofo.
