The Unseen Companions on the Path

During these group prostrations, you are never truly alone. Accompanying you are not only the karmic creditors residing within your body, but also virus-beings and even demon crowds that have manifested before you. These beings are often the hidden source of the various forms of discomfort you experience in your daily life.

The Healing Power of Buddha-Light

Whether you are suffering from physical symptoms such as coughing, a runny nose, or other ailments, you must understand that these are manifestations of your karmic obstacles. However, as you perform your prostrations, the power of the Buddha-name and the brilliance of the Buddha-light work to purify you. Under this constant illumination, your symptoms will gradually improve and fade away.

Single-Minded Devotion

You must simply focus on your prostrations with a steady heart. Do not allow messy thoughts or distractions to enter your mind. Instead, keep your heart set on chanting Namo Amituofo with absolute sincerity and focus. When you bow, many karmic creditors, virus-beings, and even demon crowds are bathed in the Buddha-light. They are led into the golden light, and it is in this very moment that your karma is dissolved and your obstacles are cleared. By maintaining this pure practice, you allow the light of the Buddha to transform your body, mind, and spirit.
