To achieve true purification, we encourage a dedicated daily practice:

  • Performing prostrations to Namo Amituofo to cultivate humility and respect.
  • Chanting the Holy Name, Namo Amituofo, all the way, allowing the sound to cleanse the mind.
  • Reciting the Infinite Life Sutra (The Buddha Speaks the , Infinite Life, Adornment, Purity, Impartiality, and Sutra) to deepen one's understanding of the .
