The Resplendent Return of the Practitioner

Hai Ze has returned. A new chapter is about to unfold, and the views of the past have been left behind. Now, in the form of a monastic, one bows before the Buddha. How much time has passed? The world has changed, and the stars have shifted. Seeing the monastic form once again, do you understand the depth of the sentient beings waiting?

How many have waited? They kneel, waiting for their teacher. Once more, the robes are donned, and the return to the monastic altar is complete. With tears in their eyes and smiles on their faces, they watch. The teacher stands before the Buddha, leading the assembly with dignity and grace. The faithful disciples are also present, witnessing this sacred moment.

The Solemnity of the Sacred Vows

Beside you, they invite the spirits to come forth. Light the incense, offer it before the Buddha, and make your solemn vows. These vows are the foundation of the , guiding every action and thought toward the liberation of all beings:

  • Beings are infinite; I vow to save them all. This is the compassionate heart that seeks to leave no one behind in the cycle of suffering.
  • Afflictions are endless; I vow to end them all. This is the determination to purify the mind and transcend the .
  • doors are measureless; I vow to learn them all. This is the commitment to wisdom, seeking the truth in every teaching.
  • The Buddha's path is supreme; I vow to attain it. This is the ultimate goal of and Buddhahood for the benefit of all.

The Eternal Preservation of the Dharma

The sun and moon smile, while the flowers and clouds weep in recognition of this return. The teacher's past admonitions remain etched in the hearts of the assembly. Though the teacher has returned in a monastic body, not a single drop of past effort has been lost. Not a single drop of the Sutra, Vinaya, and Abhidharma has been forgotten.

All of these teachings are stored within the . When the mind is purified and clear, the entire will manifest. This wisdom will allow one to save infinite suffering beings, fulfilling the sacred mission of the Buddha. Namo Amituofo.
