The Sacred Responsibility of Inviting Spirits

The act of inviting spirits to the assembly is not a simple task. It is a profound undertaking that requires a heart filled with genuine and the wisdom to act with great skill. When we perform this ritual, we are reaching out to infinite who have been drawn to us by the weight of their own suffering.

Resolving Deep-Seated Resentment

These beings carry deep-seated resentment that is difficult to soothe. One must ask: how can we truly resolve their endless suffering? It is only through the strength of one's cultivation that this becomes possible. Through the successful development of his skills, Practitioner Su is able to use his to invite these beings to the ceremony.

The Path to the

By resolving the conflicts that bind them, these beings are finally able to leave suffering behind. The number of beings saved through this process is beyond calculation. Having reached the Dharma-Nature Land, they are now able to enter the path to the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. This teaching was recorded by the Buddha's disciple, Venerable HaiZe.
