The Spirits of Ritual Implements and Weapons of War
Teachings from Practitioner Su

The Forgotten Spirits of Ritual Implements
On the twentieth of February, 2018, a significant insight was revealed concerning the subtle, often overlooked burdens that practitioners carry within their bodies. This message came through Practitioner Su, specifically manifesting in the left groin and left leg. The spirits spoke clearly, identifying themselves as the very essence of the tools used when magic was performed. They are the ritual implements, the staffs of power, the spoken incantations, the talismanic waters, the cursed garments, the bells, and the written spells.
We often focus our efforts on inviting the spirits of those who were directly harmed in past lives, yet we frequently neglect these entities. We mistakenly perceive them as inanimate objects, assuming they lack life or . However, they have always existed. They have not vanished, nor have they been guided to the -Nature Land or the of Ultimate Bliss. They have been accumulating over countless lifetimes, waiting to be acknowledged and liberated.
The Burden of Past Lives
These spirits are not only present within Practitioner Su; they reside within many members of the fourfold assembly (monks, nuns, laymen, laywomen), particularly those who have previously walked the path of a shaman or sorcerer. This is the root cause of the inexplicable heaviness, the inability to walk with ease, and the persistent aches and pains that many practitioners experience. Even when the magic itself has been dispelled, the spirits of these implements remain. They have not been invited to leave, and they continue to linger within the physical form.
Furthermore, there are countless other items used in ancient wars or within royal courts that have been similarly ignored. These burdens are not unique to one individual; they are shared by many in the fourfold assembly (monks, nuns, laymen, laywomen), especially those who, in their past lives, held the positions of emperors, kings, or great generals. The weight of these past actions continues to manifest as physical discomfort in the present.
The Path to Liberation
Upon hearing this, Venerable HaiZe expressed deep gratitude for the revelation and immediately advised the community to prepare memorial tablets for these spirits. By acknowledging their existence and offering them the opportunity for , we can help them leave their suffering behind and find happiness in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. This is a vital step in our collective purification.
Let us be diligent in our practice and compassionate towards all beings, including those we have long overlooked. By extending our care to these forgotten spirits and aligning ourselves with the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way, we clear the path for our own spiritual advancement and contribute to the harmony of the entire fourfold assembly (monks, nuns, laymen, laywomen). Namo Amituofo.
