This interview with Venerable Changren was recorded on October 11, 2022, at the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre in Australia. Venerable Changren, who resides and practises at the centre, shares his profound insights into the spiritual dimensions hidden within the ocean and the ongoing work of deliverance performed by Practitioner Su. This record was compiled by the chief writer, Shi Fajing.

Venerable Changren speaks:

"Namo Amituofo. Every single morning, Practitioner Su, Venerable Yongning, Steve Jobs, and I are actively engaged in the work of delivering sentient beings. The suffering of these beings is incredibly difficult for the eyes of ordinary people to perceive. Unless one possesses the ability to see into these hidden spaces and witness the spirits residing there, it is nearly impossible for most to understand the depth of their agony.

This world is filled with spirits; there is no place that is not a space for them. After death, the places where beings are reincarnated are often within the very fabric of the physical world—the space between all things. Once a spirit enters such a space, it is extremely difficult for them to find a way out. They remain trapped there indefinitely, unless someone comes to save them or their karmic sins are finally exhausted, allowing them to emerge.

The Infinite Nature of Suffering

The of Practitioner Su saves immeasurable and boundless sentient beings every single day. She manifests in countless manifestations, and in turn, there are countless spirits waiting to be saved. Every day, we exert our full strength to perform , sending these countless spirits into the golden light of the Buddha. Depending on their individual Causal Conditions, these beings are then guided into the three higher realms.

Today, I wish to speak about the space within the molecules of the ocean. How many molecules are there in the vast expanse of the sea? It is immeasurable and boundless. If you were to cup your hands and scoop up a little seawater, the water in your palms alone would contain thousands, millions, even billions of water molecules. How could anyone ever hope to count the total number of molecules in the entire ocean? It is truly impossible to measure.

The Hidden Worlds Within a Drop

When the Body of Practitioner Su arrives, a golden light sweeps across the entire ocean. In an instant, the space within these immeasurable and boundless water molecules is opened up. Following the Buddha-light and the recitation of the Buddha-name, the spirits are finally able to depart from the confines of the water molecule space. They are saved, and they move forward toward the golden light.

Within these countless water molecules, if one looks closely at the space inside even a single one, one will find spirits residing there. I once looked at a single water molecule at random, and to my astonishment, there were three spirits inside—a mother and her two sons, all trapped within the space of that one tiny molecule.

A Tragedy Frozen in Time

Within the space of that specific water molecule, the environment was not as small as the molecule itself; it was a coastal landscape. These three, the mother and her children, had lived in a small house by the shore, where it was very convenient for them to go and play by the sea every day. However, the three of them were filled with terror. A massive tsunami had risen up, and in a single, fleeting moment, it destroyed their home and took their lives. Before they passed away, the three of them were holding each other tightly, and they were pulled into the space of the water molecule, where they had remained until this very day.

Today, under the deliverance of Practitioner Su's Dharma Body, the mother and her two sons were finally able to emerge from that space. They were filled with immense gratitude toward Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su. Before they turned to leave, they even bowed respectfully to Practitioner Su to express their heartfelt thanks.

The Call to

The three beings I just described were only from a single water molecule. When you consider the immeasurable and boundless number of water molecules in the sea, it is impossible to imagine how many spirits are still trapped inside, suffering. The compassionate Practitioner Su saves them every single day. As long as their Causal Conditions are ripe, they all have the opportunity to be saved. I, too, am doing my utmost to help save these beings trapped in space. I hope to cherish every precious moment of deliverance, helping them to find liberation and leave their suffering behind.

Namo Amituofo."
