Even if your physical body is currently experiencing discomfort or challenging situations, your heart remains the true master. When you cultivate this inner mastery, you are no longer at the mercy of external conditions.

Breaking Free from the Cycle

When you reach this state of freedom, you will no longer be pulled by the 'self,' personal ego, and selfishness. You will not be dictated by the cycle of rebirth and , nor will you be controlled by the influence of and spiritual attachment. Instead, your true self takes the lead, guiding your every thought and action with clarity and . A life of true freedom is one where, regardless of where you are, whom you meet, or what circumstances you face, you can always look within and find a clear conscience.

The Path of the Practitioner

For the practitioner, upholding the is a fundamental duty. When you maintain these Precepts with sincerity, your heart naturally finds peace. From this peace, you develop meditative concentration, and from concentration, wisdom arises. This is the true meaning of freedom. It is a natural progression of the practice that leads you away from suffering and toward the light of the .

Living with Clarity

Those who have realised their true nature possess a heart that is clear, transparent, and selfless. They can distinguish clearly between the Buddha-heart and the traps of the demon. Because they are not deceived or obstructed by the illusory, fleeting appearances of the world, they are able to live in a state of constant, effortless freedom. By following the path of Namo Amituofo, you too can attain this state, leaving behind the confusion of the world to find the peace that resides within your own true self.
