The Art of Letting Go

You must learn to broaden your heart and mind. Understand that all phenomena in this world are like floating clouds and a light breeze; they are essentially illusory. Everything you encounter exists in the cycle of cause and effect. When you realise that the things you once clung to are ultimately empty, the knots in your heart will naturally untie. This is the moment your perspective shifts, and your heart finds a new, profound sense of liberation.

There is no time for the heart to remain entangled in such matters. When you let go, your heart finds a new, profound sense of liberation.

as a Vessel for Truth

You possess a physical body, and it is through this very vessel that you can engage in True Cultivation. By committing to the path of purification, the inherent capabilities of your Six Roots will begin to manifest. You must learn to use these faculties wisely:

  • Eyes: To see the truth in all things rather than being deceived by appearances.
  • Ears: To listen for the and the needs of others.
  • Nose, Tongue, Body, and Mind: To remain grounded in the practice of virtue and service.

When you apply these faculties to your practice and dedicate your life to serving the fourfold assembly, you accumulate merit and virtue in a way that is truly transformative. Do not let the possession of this physical form lead you into the confusion of this turbid world.

Cultivating Virtue and

Treat every person you meet with genuine compassion. By doing so, you naturally increase your capacity for tolerance and understanding. This is essential for overcoming the obstacles that arise when your past manifests. When you remain gentle, sincere, and upright, your inner virtue will grow, and your presence will radiate a different, more luminous quality.

Strive to ensure that everything you do aligns with the path of goodness: see well, think well, speak well, and do well. Ensure that your Body, Speech, and Mind are all transformed into goodness. When you do this, you enter the state of giving rise to all and achieving the fruit of . At this stage, your demeanour and your ability to teach others will reach a new level of effectiveness.

The Power of the Buddha-Name

Practise your prostrations with diligence. In every movement, you must firmly and clearly grasp the name of Namo Amituofo. If you allow yourself to wander into delusions, the Buddha-name will instantly slip away. By holding tightly to the Buddha-name, you focus your spirit and concentrate your energy.

This practice does more than just dissolve your karma; it is the simultaneous cultivation of (Discipline), Concentration and Wisdom within every single recitation of the Buddha-name. Do not insist on your own opinions, as this only causes harm to yourself and others. When you are stubborn, you allow your to take control of your life. You must be extremely cautious, for to commit evil acts is to invite suffering into your own body, mind, and spirit—it is truly not worth the price.

The Path to Enlightenment

If you can treat every member of the fourfold assembly as humble and modest, your character and virtue will be transformed. Let the name of Namo Amituofo resonate throughout your entire being. If you can maintain this practice 24/7, you will purify your Body, Speech, and Mind.

Every thought will be pure, good, and true. Do not let a single second pass in vain. As you move forward with a steady heart, your path will become clear, and your skills will reach maturity. If you can attain the , the way you save yourself and help others will be entirely different. Namo Amituofo.
