The Recording of Every Thought

In our daily lives, every thought and intention that arises within us is meticulously recorded in the . Whether these thoughts are virtuous or malicious, they are not merely fleeting moments; they possess the power to generate distinct forms of energy. This energy acts as a fundamental force that shapes our internal state and our external reality.

The Duality of Mental Energy

We must understand the profound impact of the energy we cultivate through our mental notes:

  • Virtuous Energy:
  • When our thoughts are aligned with goodness, they bring a sense of inner peace, stability, and genuine to our lives.Negative Energy: Conversely, when our thoughts are rooted in malice or greed, they inevitably lead to of unease, restlessness, and even the manifestation of anger and resentment on our faces.

Often, the subtlety of these thoughts escapes our conscious awareness. We may believe our minds are quiet, yet at the very moment a thought arises, it releases a vibration that is transmitted throughout our entire physical being. This process is far more consequential than we realise.

The Invisible Influence on Our Being

When we harbour negative thoughts, we inadvertently create a resonance that affects our entire Body-Mind-Spirit. This transmission of energy has several profound consequences:

  • It alerts the beings residing within us who are sensitive to these vibrations, causing them to manifest more strongly. It invites attached spirits
  • who receive these signals to enter our physical form, further complicating our spiritual state. It allows the demon crowds to perceive our mental state, which they then exploit to deepen and intensify our negative intentions.

Because these processes occur beyond the reach of our physical eyes, we remain unaware of the transformation taking place within us. Nevertheless, this process is already exerting a significant influence on our Body-Mind-Spirit, and it is precisely from this source that the conditions of ageing and illness arise.

-Mind-Spirit Connection

The Body-Mind-Spirit can be viewed as a unified whole, or as three distinct aspects necessary for our existence in the human world. The accumulation of negative energy within the body inevitably leads to physical deterioration and the manifestation of disease. This energy diffuses into our very cells, hindering their healthy growth and development. Consequently, this leads to visible abnormalities and dysfunction within our physical organs.

If we identify these irregularities in their early stages, it is still possible to reverse the process through diligent practice. However, if the illness reaches the stage of being beyond medical help, where the cells have suffered severe and irreparable damage, it becomes difficult to find a path to recovery. After all, the physical body has its limits; it has a finite lifespan and a natural expiration date, unless one can transcend the conditions of cellular ageing and destruction.

The Inevitability of

The moment a thought arises, a cause is created. Once that thought is projected outward, it becomes , and this energy is indestructible. If we can cease the thought, the karma is halted, and the transmission of mental notes enters a state of stillness. However, this energy does not simply vanish.

It may wait until a future life, or perhaps for hundreds of thousands of kalpas, until the right Causal Conditions are met. When these conditions are triggered, the transmission of mental notes resumes, and when the conditions fully mature, the karmic force begins to operate, marking the time for us to receive the retribution. Unless we undergo the fruit of this retribution and thereby exhaust this energy, it will continue to exist. As the saying goes: "If for a hundred thousand kalpas, the karma created does not perish, when the causal conditions meet, the fruit of the retribution will be borne by oneself."

This transmission of mental notes manifests in the form of karma, continuing until the karma is fully realised. Only after the retribution has been received does the energy of this specific mental transmission finally dissipate, bringing that particular chapter of karma to a close. We must therefore be ever-vigilant, maintaining our focus on the pure name of Namo Amituofo to ensure our thoughts remain aligned with the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way.
