This is a record of an interview with the spirit of Li Guangyao, who sought at the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre in Australia. He now resides in the . This account reflects upon his spiritual transformation and his observations regarding the influence of public figures. Recorded by the chief writer, Shi Faxi, on February 27, 2018.

Li Guangyao speaks:

"Namo Amituofo. After these days of intensive purification and Chao Du, combined with the gradual recovery of memories from my past practice, my temperament has begun to shift in a profound way. It is not an instantaneous, explosive transformation, but those who have known me can clearly perceive this subtle change in my presence. It is a process of returning to one's original nature, and it is truly a blessing to be guided back to the path of the ."

The Weight of Public Influence

"Jack Ma possesses a significant level of influence, not only within China but across the entire globe. After all, he is widely regarded as a successful commercial legend. Every word he speaks and every action he takes is meticulously analysed and studied by the public, who hope to achieve the same level of success as he has. Because of this, the words he utters must be handled with extreme caution and wisdom. A single incomplete sentence or a misunderstood phrase could easily be misinterpreted by the masses, leading to unintended consequences. One must be very careful when one's voice carries such weight."

A Subtle Path to the Dharma

"If he were to share his experiences through his own platform, it would serve as a significant signboard for the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre. There would be no need for deliberate emphasis or aggressive promotion. Simply by casually mentioning that there exists such an inconceivable temple or place, he would pique the curiosity of many. Even though he may not have personally experienced the full depth of this place, the public's high level of trust in Jack Ma’s words would lead many interested individuals to come and explore or investigate for themselves. This, in my view, is a subtle and effective way to gradually bridge the distance between Jack Ma and the Dharma. Namo Amituofo."
