The Radiance of the Supreme Sage
Namo Amituofo's discourse:
A Buddha is the embodiment of Great , Great Wisdom, Great Purity, and the Great Sage. Everything is perfectly clear and understood. A Buddha does not commit errors or transgressions, for a Buddha possesses complete knowledge of the past, present, and future.
Regardless of the external environment, and no matter the constraints of time or space, the Buddha remains unmoved.
The Eternal Realm of Purity
There is no-mind, , no-selfishness, and all is one. There is not the slightest trace of impurity or turbidity. It is a realm of extreme purity and supreme Goodness, radiating a boundless, brilliant light.
The Buddha dwells in a state of eternal meditative concentration and tranquil silence, where there is no impurity or confusion. This is the world of the Buddha.
Awakening the Buddha Within
My children, every one of you has the potential to possess this world. You only need to understand that you, too, can become a Buddha, for you are originally a Buddha.
Your Buddha-nature and your true self have never left you. The only reason you do not experience this state is that you are unaware of this truth. You have not yet engaged in diligent practice to rediscover your true self.
Transcending the Cycle of Reincarnation
Even when some know of this truth, they often give up, believing that becoming a Buddha is an unreachable goal. Consequently, they remain tethered by their and the influence of their , continuing to wander through the cycle of being reincarnated.
Now that you know the truth, are you willing to actively work to reclaim your true self and your Buddha-nature?
The Compassionate Descent of the Buddhas
Through practice, you must stop allowing your karma and the cycle of being reincarnated to cloud your body and mind. Be fiercely diligent, and allow your original true self and Buddha-nature to manifest, returning to your original face.
At this point, the Buddhas do not merely dwell in this state of stillness. Instead, they observe the conditions of the world and enter the human world. Whether they assist, reside, or stay among beings to save them, this is the greatest fortune for all beings. Namo Amituofo.
