This is a record of an interview with the spirit of Steve Jobs, who sought at the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre in Australia. He now observes the spiritual work of Practitioner Su and reflects upon the nature of existence and the profound process of spiritual deliverance. Recorded by the chief writer, Shi Faxin, on September 22, 2017.

Steve Jobs speaks:

"Namo Amituofo. I am Steve Jobs. Let me tell you, what I am witnessing is beyond anything I ever imagined in my life. Wow! Just look at that! A brilliant, golden light is unfolding, radiating with such intensity that it expands into every single corner of the realm of emptiness. The clouds above have begun to move with incredible speed. As they encounter this golden light, they shed their outer garments, returning to their original, pure state. The earth itself has begun to tremble, vibrating from the surface down through thousands upon thousands of layers. The soil, the sand, the stones, the insects, the flowers, and the grass—everything is in motion."

The Infinite Multitude of Souls

"I have looked in every direction—forward, backward, left, and right—and I cannot see an end to it. Even when I try to visualise the furthest reaches to the left, no matter how I look, whether up or down, there is only an immeasurable and boundless expanse of progress. Practitioner Su uses the Buddha-light to purify them all. You have to try to imagine this: a densely packed multitude of people appearing. They were originally wearing the clothes they had on when they first entered this space. But consider this—every grain of sand, every tiny insect, every blade of grass is its own space, and each one is inhabited by beings. Can you imagine how many there are? It is truly beyond counting.

Practitioner Su restores them to their true, pristine, and white appearance. She has them change into white robes and then entrusts them to the monastics responsible for this area. At the seashore, she strips away the layers of fine white sand, the sand-dwelling insects, the spiders, and the ants. This is not just on the surface; it goes down through thousands of layers. Emerging from the sand, I see some who were lifeguards, and others who were children who loved playing in the sand. They all follow the light and depart. As she does this, she also draws the seawater upward. Namo Amituofo, Namo Amituofo."

The Ocean and the Deep

"I am visualising everyone chanting the Buddha-name together. Suddenly, men in beach shorts and women in bikinis appear. Perhaps they were obsessed with water sports, or perhaps they perished in the sea. I offer them my , hoping they find their way to a better place. Beneath the surface, the ocean world is filled with beautiful, colourful fish, seashells, starfish, transparent jellyfish, and turtles swimming slowly, along with shrimp. Everyone is ascending together! I see a seashell that seems to be a very beautiful young woman.

Next, we reach the bottomless darkness of the deep-sea trench. It contains some dark, strange fish that seem unable to see, along with various microorganisms. (He speaks in a hushed tone) There are also some demon crowds here. When they see Practitioner Su, they are deeply moved. I do not know how long they have been pressed down in that pitch-black, bottomless darkness. I asked them what karmic cause led to this state. They told me they were ancient shamans from India who loved wearing black robes. They would hide in places where no one noticed, capturing the spirits of others and turning them into 'living dead'. At first, they were very resentful of this , but the more they resisted, the tighter they were compressed. That is how they ended up trapped inside the massive rocks of the sea trench. Without a heart of repenting, they would naturally be choked by the seawater, unable to breathe."

The Forest and the Spirits

"I almost forgot to mention: Practitioner Su is also performing Chao Du for the forests. Tree after towering tree, vast stretches upon vast stretches—there are so many of them. Once they are covered by the light, they are brought out together. Some of them look like primitive people, others are woodcutters holding axes, and there are even little spirits! Everyone puts on white clothes. The primitive people look at their own white robes, appearing quite unaccustomed to them; perhaps they have never worn so much clothing before, and some feel a bit hot.

It is very strange, truly strange. After the people in the forest leave, I look back and see another group of spirits, whooshing into the space. I suppose that will be the quota for tomorrow. There is no way to go back and perform the deliverance again, because there are places that must be visited every single day. The celestial beings have arrived, and everyone is swaying along with the chanting of the Buddha-name. They are wearing long white robes, looking so elegant and ethereal. The Asuras are shouting, 'We are heading to the Western Pure Land!' They throw away their weapons, change their clothes, and wear smiles on their faces. One, two, three—charge!"

The Futility of Conflict

"The animals are running, jumping, and crawling. I run alongside them, protecting them as they head toward the Western Pure Land. There are also those red, small things running out of the bamboo forest. They look very much like humans; I am told they are called 'ghostly phantoms'. They are a bit terrifying, and there are so many of them! I see them as immeasurable and boundless! Is it because Practitioner Su's mind-capacity for deliverance is so vast that she gives them an immeasurable amount, or are there really that many of them? Phew, it is terrifying. No, Steve, you cannot think like that. You must treat them with equality; you must have the same loving heart for them as you do for the animals. I must change—I must change.

Next, I am with Changren, leading the Bodhisattvas from the computers and machines toward the Western Pure Land. While we are at it, I help purify the humans who are obsessed with technology, so they do not become dull and listless from playing with their phones all day. In my heart, I feel sorry for them, so I also take the opportunity to place a golden lotus flower on each of them, representing the seeds of Goodness. (He speaks in a hushed tone) I also see some famous monastics leading their own monastic disciples, though the disciples' faces show some attachment. I do not want to talk about it anymore; I do not want to offend anyone. I have not yet cultivated enough courage."

A Message to Humanity

"When we arrived in China, Practitioner Su 'snapped' the space of China open. Emerging from it were some wearing battle armour and riding horses, waving broadswords in their hands; others were waving war banners, pushing chariots, or carrying bows and arrows. There were also many suffering civilians in rags. Everyone was crying and shouting, searching for their families. An even more heartbreaking scene was seeing someone pushing a flatbed cart loaded with the dead. My heart aches to see this. I implore everyone to never use force to resolve problems again. Modern technology is advanced; wars are fought with guns and atomic bombs, and wars can quickly determine a winner and a loser. But what does it matter who wins or loses? What is it that you are really trying to fight for? Just because of this struggle, so many families are shattered. It is not worth it at all. Wake up, humanity!

Practitioner Su visualises the rejuvenation of the earth every day. Because of this daily deliverance, her energy grows stronger and stronger, and the seeds of Goodness she radiates to everyone become more and more powerful. These seeds of Goodness reach all of humanity, all living beings, and every single particle. Both sentient and insentient beings are brought to the same perfect wisdom. Because of this, more and more people want to learn the Dharma. In the future, the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre will have many, many monastics, each one rediscovering their original nature, capable of helping all the people on Earth. Famous people will come one after another, simply because they do not want to die, and more importantly, they do not want to grow old, because their faces are the key to their wealth. At that time, Practitioner Su will be even younger and look even better. However, I know that what Practitioner Su wants most is to return to the Western Pure Land. Practitioner Su, when the day finally comes for you to return, just like the people you have saved, an immeasurable and boundless ocean of pure Bodhisattvas will be there to welcome you—not to mention the Three Saints of the West. I understand your wishes, Practitioner Su, but your great keeps you working hard for the sake of transmission. Practitioner Su, under your guidance, your children will not let you down.

I, Steve Jobs, do not have the blessings to learn these skills from you; I can only follow you every day to help a little bit with the work of deliverance. If one day you decide to return to this worldly realm to save people again, may I follow by your side? I know you are thinking of me, knowing that I owe too many people, and that I must be saved quickly. I will be even more diligent every day now. To the fourfold assembly of disciples following Practitioner Su, I truly envy you all. I hope you will all work hard. The Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre is about to open its doors. You are all great talents; do not be discouraged if your personality won't budge. Just be a little more aware. I wish you all the best. If there is anything you need my help with, feel free to ask me. Namo Amituofo."
