Illuminating the Dharma Realm: An Interview with Mo Han Tu
An Interview with Mo Han Tu, a Primordial Demon of 130 Trillion Years
Recorded at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre
This is a record of an interview with Mo Han Tu, a Primordial Demon who sought at the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre in Goombungee, Queensland, Australia. He now resides in the Western Land of Nature. This account reflects upon his existence spanning approximately 130 trillion years. Recorded by the chief writer, Venerable HaiZe, on April 15, 2025.
Mo Han Tu speaks:
"Namo Amituofo. My name is Mo Han Tu. It is quite a coincidence—the characters for 'Han Tu' actually have a very Chinese flavour to them. I am currently residing here in the Western Land of Dharma Nature, located at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre in Goombungee, Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia. The space here is boundless and interconnected; therefore, whatever you say, we can hear it quite clearly from the Dharma-Nature Land. It is simply a matter of whether one chooses to listen, whether one is willing to listen, and whether one is prepared to open their ears.
A Life Spanning Trillions of Years
Mo Han Tu never imagined that one day I would communicate with the human world of Earth in such a manner. For 130 trillion years, most of my days were spent within the Dharma Realm. Occasionally, I would travel to the more distant reaches of the Dharma Realm—places where Practitioner Su performs Chao Du, including the heavens beyond heavens, the realms of demonic beings, other dimensions, and across the galaxy. These are all places where demon crowds congregate. We ancient demons have all visited these places to some extent, as it is always necessary to understand the situation of other demon crowds. Observing and learning is always beneficial; it helps one establish a foothold in the demon realm and allows one to absorb other demons or change paths whenever necessary.
In the demon realm, having one's own unique characteristics is a very good thing. However, if you encounter a situation where your personality and traits are insufficient to handle the challenge, you must adapt. It is just as Practitioner Su often says: 'win through wisdom.' This is the remarkable aspect of Practitioner Su. Whenever he encounters a situation that seems impossible, his mind shifts, and he finds a way to win through wisdom. Practitioner Su can do this, and we in the demon realm can do it too. However, our 'shifting' is always directed toward how to control and harm the other party, or how to make them fall to our attacks so that we can seize their energy.
The Nature of Energy and the Demon Realm
The issue of energy has been a problem in the demon realm since ancient times. This is precisely why the Western Land of Dharma Nature allows demon crowds to live such happy lives! In the Western Land of Dharma Nature, the energy of the Buddha-light is more than abundant. It can supply the energy needs of every demon being—whether they are demon children and grandchildren, demon kings, old demons, ancient demons, or primordial demons. Everyone needs energy. But here, the energy of the Dharma-Nature Land allows everyone to live with peace of mind. Because there is no need to worry or fear about lacking energy, there is no opportunity to dwell on such thoughts, and thus, the 'demon nature' cannot manifest.
Therefore, we can sit on our lotus seats with smiles on our faces, listening to Practitioner Su’s lectures with peace of mind, or watch as batches of demon crowds are sent into the Western Land of Dharma Nature during the . If you have not witnessed this scene with your own eyes, you cannot truly comprehend it. Especially for those demon crowds who have not yet entered the Dharma-Nature Land, you cannot understand our , because demon crowds have never lived such days before. Even if you could grasp one or two percent of it, you could not grasp the whole. This is why, when mentioned during interviews, demon crowds always speak of the Dharma-Nature Land with and smiles. Now that I have experienced it myself, I am reporting it to you all.
A Call to Surrender
So, to the demon crowds currently casting spells, are you tempted? You could live without having to snatch, plunder, compete, or commit every evil act for the sake of energy. You would no longer need to fear being consumed by the laws of and cause and effect, or worry about the moment when these consequences finally befall you. If so, hurry up and come to surrender! Do not cast spells on Practitioner Su anymore. Creating negative causes leads to evil consequences, and you will only live in fear. We have tasted this bitter flavour to the fullest, and we hope you do not repeat our mistakes. This is the advice I offer after entering the Dharma-Nature Land and having my innate goodness awakened.
The figure of 130 trillion years in the demon realm feels a bit strange to me. It sounds like such a long time; I have to accept that I am truly that old. Days spent in deep meditative concentration pass very quickly, but if converted into numbers, it is an incredibly long time. I spent approximately 50 to 60 trillion years in deep meditative concentration. Here, we measure time in units of ten trillion years because we are so ancient. If we did not, we would have no way to express how we spent these days.
The Dangers of the Spotlight
Calculated out, I spent 50 trillion years in deep meditative concentration, and another 80 trillion years living in the demon realm while maintaining a visible presence. During the days when I was visible, I was often a 'behind-the-scenes' worker. I did not stand in the front; the risks were too high. Under the gaze of everyone, you might satisfy your ego or satisfy your ambition to expand your territory, and it is best if everyone knows you. However, once you realise the danger of such a position, you no longer want to stand before everyone.
I retreated behind the scenes. Younger old demons or demon kings would naturally come to consult the senior old demons: 'What should we do next?' These things would not be revealed before the demon children and grandchildren, but behind the scenes. That, too, is a dangerous state. We do not speak of the laws of karma and cause and effect, but we know them in our hearts. Therefore, even before other old demons and demon kings, I rarely showed my face.
I also enjoy travelling and seeing the world. Spirits cannot be possessed, unlike humans who have bodies—that is truly a great affliction! From the perspective of our 'demon eyes,' human bodies are truly colourful; they contain all sorts of beings. Looking at human bodies from the Dharma-Nature Land, I start with those closest to the Dharma-Nature Land—of course, that means all of you present here. Your bodies have many colours. Why do I use colours to express this? Because I am extremely sensitive to colour; this is my greatest strength. Every demon being has a strength they can exert. If you can exert it to the fullest, that is where you succeed, and that is how you can live a little longer.
The Sensitivity of Colour
The benefit of being sensitive to colour is that I can discover differences in the finest details, which becomes the point where I can break through the opponent's defences. I can also discover things others have not noticed and take the opportunity to attack their weaknesses. This is why I have so many demon children and grandchildren. My ability to invade territory was very strong, but now, I have washed my hands of it. When you do such things too much, it is inevitable that your heart will be stirred.
Being 'stirred' means the heart of is manifesting, and that is dangerous. Demon beings cannot have compassion; even if they do, they cannot be too ostentatious about it; it can only be revealed in secret. If discovered, the laws of karma and cause and effect will know, and you will no longer be able to stand in the demon realm; you will be consumed. Therefore, when I discovered that I felt stirred upon seeing the tragic state of my targets, I realised something was wrong and immediately withdrew from the demon realm. This shows that before this, I was able to keep my heart unmoved, which means I possessed meditative concentration. Thus, my awareness is quite high. I do not cling to the beauty before me; in fact, these beauties are all illusory. Everything in the past was spent in illusions, because I cannot grasp or touch them now, but I am truly living in the present. I am now on a lotus seat in the Western Land of Dharma Nature, accepting this interview—this is what is most important.
Living in the Present
One must have awareness to make life meaningful, because one understands how to grasp the present. In this, Practitioner Su is the leader. His recent teaching, 'Live in the present, chant one Buddha's name to the end,' hits the heart of us old demons. Because the 'present' we lived in was never about chanting the Buddha's name; the thoughts that moved were always about how to protect ourselves. Everything was focused on the 'self'—how to make myself more prominent, how to protect myself from harm, how to make the demon kings and demon children and grandchildren respect me—without ever thinking of other beings. Even when I thought of protecting my demon children and grandchildren as a demon king, even as an independent entity that had retired and no longer cared about demon affairs, the 'self' still existed. It was all about how to protect myself from being discovered; it was almost always about 'me.' Such demons can get ahead, but the laws of karma and cause and effect are unforgiving. The heavier the 'self' is in a demon, the darker their body, the greater the evil deeds committed, and the heavier the .
Therefore, Practitioner Su's most brilliant aspect is that he brings the 'self' to the forefront and demands that we have no 'self.' If there is a 'self,' it is very difficult to continue practicing, and this is truly the case. This is not like the demon realm, where you must have a 'self' to survive. This is the difference between a Buddha and a demon. A Buddha cannot think of himself; he can only think of sentient beings. If he thinks of himself, his and karmic force will manifest and pester him endlessly.
The Difference Between Buddha and Demon
Demons never want to be Buddhas. A demon who has never encountered a Buddha does not even know what a Buddha is, so they cannot do things that benefit sentient beings without protecting themselves. Therefore, some old demons always avoid crowds and do not appear among them. This is also why the pitch-black, brilliant light on the bodies of old demons can subdue many demon kings, children, and grandchildren. It shows that they have protected themselves very well, which is why they have lived so long.
My specialty is being extremely sensitive to colour; I am very adept at the colours of the land. I can see the fine geological composition of every planet, even the sand; I can see it clearly as grains of sand gathered together. I can see every grain of sand, and I can see the past, present, and future of the spirits within the sand. The colours at the edges of the sand are all different, indicating that they are independent entities; no two grains of sand have the same colour. The spiritual beings living within them are actually mostly old demons; their demon light can radiate from inside the sand to the outside. I can see it, but most demon beings cannot see the colours of this space.
At such times, we must be respectful to such sand and not disturb them. Why? Although old demons do not speak of the laws of karma and cause and effect, we understand them to some extent. Because once you disturb an old demon, it is equivalent to planting that in your own , and it is very likely that you yourself will suffer the same retribution. Therefore, we must know how to respect old demons; respecting the other party is also respecting oneself. This logic of karma and cause and effect should be without deviation, right? However, being a demon, and one with deep demon nature, we have never thought about changing our personality. Never has any demon, whether an old demon or an ancestor demon, told us, 'You must change your personality!' This is what the Buddha says when teaching sentient beings; it is not something a demon would teach another demon.
The Transformation of the Heart
Why is our spirituality able to improve so rapidly in the Dharma-Nature Land? Because we can listen to the sutras and hear the Dharma, hearing things we could not hear before, knowing this is the Truth, and learning to cherish and be grateful. That is why we can improve our spirituality in this stable place, the Western Land of Dharma Nature. This is also why some old demons no longer have pitch-black, brilliant light, but are clean and shining white! The older the demon, the more they know how to cherish; the younger demons are still laughing and playing, though the old demons are also laughing and playing. After all, young demons are not being summoned here and there to do this or that, and they can live freely, just like children who like snacks and have them available at any time without having to pay for them—of course, they are happy.
Basically, old demons have a characteristic: they all like to exist in places that are not easily discovered. Every planet always has such places, where demon beings are or where sentient beings rarely go, and the colour of that place will appear particularly dark.
Therefore, if I were to invade a planet, I would tell my demon children and grandchildren: 'You can save yourselves the trouble with this place; do not touch this land!' I did not tell them the reason, otherwise, it would disturb the old demons. Because if I told them there were many old demons here, then the mischievous demon children and grandchildren or the fearless demon kings would always go to explore, and then they would disturb them. At that time, as the instigator, I would also receive retribution.
Such matters are very subtle, but we know them, so we look for places with lighter, brighter colours to attack, because we have enough demon power to occupy that land. I can also see the colour of the soil on a planet, know the demon nature here, or what quality the sentient beings belong to, and whether we can conquer it. Therefore, we do not waste our demon power; energy can be preserved longer, and everyone can survive and live longer. This is why I have been able to live for 130 trillion years.
The Search for Seclusion
So, when I was looking for a place to seclude myself, I naturally looked for places where everyone else would not go. The characteristic of this place is that it requires subverting tradition. Everyone thinks that it is not easy to be discovered in a dark place, so some demons, knowing this principle, will specifically look for traces of old demons in that direction. Because old demons have many demon children and grandchildren, if they can capture or break through the space where an old demon is hiding, and then publicise it to the demon realm, does that not mean capturing all his demon children and grandchildren in one go? This number is truly not small, and it would greatly enhance one's own strength. Some demons have this mentality. This is called 'killing two birds with one stone'—no, it is not just two birds; it is immeasurable and boundless demon children and grandchildren!
Therefore, old demons who want to seclude themselves will always try their best to find a place that will not be discovered by such demon beings. Any place could be where an old demon is hiding; the place least likely to be discovered is actually the most easily discovered. In a bright place, it is actually not easy to be discovered. Generally speaking, no old demon would expose themselves in a bright place, thinking that only in a dark place would they not be easily found, allowing themselves to seclude themselves well.
I found a planet, not far from my original planet, which was a bright planet. Although I am dark, I can resist the bright light and have a protective film. I looked for a relatively dark place within the brightness; this is more similar to my nature. The brightness of this planet came from the ground; such a planet is a planet with real strength. Bright planets are also planets that are relatively less likely to be attacked by demon beings. Because their energy is abundant, attacking them requires very strong demon power.
I observed that the sentient beings of the planet's geology seemed to always carry positive energy, so I went to their planet. Since it is a positive planet, they should not have the thought of harming others. I found a dark place, in a deep, dark corner of their imperial palace. The imperial palace is generally where the rulers live; if they rule well, they can have long-term stability, just like the rulers of Earth.
Indeed, my eye for this was good! This planet has indeed lived for a long time, and although it was once invaded, it did not touch the place where I was hiding, in that deep, dark corner of the imperial palace. This is my insight into colour: brightness and darkness. There are many layers of colour in between, which are the differences in space; it just depends on how one chooses.
The Turning Point
I spent 50 trillion years in the deep, dark space of this bright planet. I don't care much about numbers; these 50 trillion or 60 trillion years make no difference to me. I knew there were changes in the outside world, but they did not touch me, so I continued to live in peace.
So why am I being interviewed in the Western Land of Dharma Nature today? That is because this bright planet later also turned dark. After 50 trillion years, can a planet continue to endure for so long? No. This planet has been dark and bright, dark and bright; I don't know how many times it has repeated this. In any case, this is the dark stage.
Practitioner Su seems to have a general rule for saving sentient beings: the darker the place, the more Practitioner Su will bring Namo Amituofo to shine brightly. Conversely, for bright places, he just passes by. Therefore, old demons and ancient demons in dark places should be careful, but never mind, I could have reminded them, but why bother? If they are sent to the Western Land of Dharma Nature, that is also very good, just like me.
Because the planet where I was hiding is currently in a dark state, when I was discovered by Practitioner Su, because he also carried the energy of Namo Amituofo, the energy of light was extremely powerful, and at the same time, it revived the planet, restoring it to a bright planet. This transformation is a significant difference; this was caused by . Buddha-power is not just that; it can even open up the space within space and invite all the demons within the space to come out.
It was under such circumstances that I appeared in the Western Land of Dharma Nature, without any preparation. I had not come out of meditative concentration, nor did I know what the outside world had become. Thus, after the Buddha-light arrived, it broke through the dark space and sucked me out of the dark space. In a very quick instant, I thought I had been found by the laws of karma and cause and effect. But it was not; instead, I was sent to a bright place. I knew this was not being found by the laws of karma and cause and effect—there is no such good thing as having light. Later, I learned that this is the Western Land of Dharma Nature.
Gratitude and the Path Forward
Every bit of what Practitioner Su does in the Dharma Realm is something I learned while listening to the Dharma in the Western Land of Dharma Nature, or something I learned when some old demons could transmit thoughts to each other in the Western Land of Dharma Nature. This is not 'hindsight,' because I believe this is my blessing. To be able to move from a dark space to this bright space without any setbacks, and to do so in such a rapid manner—this is a blessing! I believe that I must have formed a very good Dharma affinity with Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su in the past for such a good thing to happen to me.
If today my space had been destroyed by other demon beings who found me, the outcome would not be like this. Demons are often merciless toward other demons, because I could let your demon children and grandchildren see: 'Your old demon has become like this, with no ability to parry!' The demon children and grandchildren would have no choice but to obediently surrender to me. Demons who surrender under such circumstances actually do not have an easy life. Often, the demon king will not treat demon beings who surrender under such circumstances well.
We are currently being subdued. But seeing so many old demons and ancient demons bringing their demon children and grandchildren to surrender, it can be described as immeasurable and boundless. Calling it a sea wave is not an exaggeration; calling it quicksand is also possible—the quicksand is rolling in; this situation is very spectacular. You haven't seen it, but I can report it to you. It is like turning on a tap; the water rushes out—it is truly spectacular, and everyone inside is a demon being, an old demon. In the world of demons, the side that surrenders will not have a good ending.
But at this time, it is surrendering to Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su. May I ask everyone who has come to the Western Land of Dharma Nature: are you living a good life or a bad life? I hear everyone responding: it is a good life. Correct, this is the Buddha! The Buddha is saving sentient beings; seeing sentient beings suffer, saving them allows them to live a good life. Unlike demons, demons make the other party submit and surrender, and then live an even more miserable and sorrowful life. This is the two extreme differences between Buddha and demon.
A Final Appeal
Hearing me say this, intelligent demons should also be able to hear it and know what they should do in the future! Demon beings who are casting spells should hurry up and stop casting spells; those who want to surrender should not hesitate anymore—what are you still waiting for? Look at the large batches of demon crowds coming from the sky, among whom some are prepared to cast spells to attack . Although Practitioner Su is not easy to attack, the fourfold assembly of disciples is very easy to handle.
Honestly speaking, you really need to strengthen your own strength. Today, it is because of great that you can practice in the Buddha-land, so many demons, even if they do not look at the monk's face, must look at the Buddha's face. The Buddha is here; how can one easily make a move? Although you have also received demonic interference, it has already been reduced and lightened significantly. Plus, we often hear Practitioner Su calling on the old demons and ancient demons in the Dharma-Nature Land to be able to protect the fourfold assembly of disciples. This matter is truly inconceivable; we have actually all become better and can protect the fourfold assembly of disciples. Therefore, fourfold assembly of disciples, your practice here is truly well protected. If you do not practice well in such a good environment, it is truly a pity; you will not find a second place like this. This is also my appeal from the heart.
Furthermore, arriving at this place, there is no need to worry about being consumed by the laws of karma and cause and effect, so it has also caused a great change in the demon beings' character—that is, peace of mind. The Buddha-Dharma says all dharmas are mind-only; it is truly too brilliant, too reasonable, and it is indeed the case. The things done by demon beings under fear and self-protection are all demonic deeds that harm others—looking at bad things, thinking of bad things, saying bad things, and doing bad things. And sentient beings in the Buddha-land, under the circumstances of peace of mind, no obstacles, and no worries, can think of good things, say good things, have good hearts and good intentions, and good deeds and good words—these are all good things. Because of the difference in the heart, different lives are created.
The more I listen to the Buddha-Dharma, the more I feel its brilliance. During every class time of Practitioner Su, we have no choice in the Dharma-Nature Land, and we are also listening to the Dharma with great joy. Here, what we receive is the education of the Buddha-Dharma, which subverts the previous magic education, but we accept it without any reluctance, because we are bathed in the Buddha-light. For demon beings, this is an experience they have never had before, which is why it is possible to break away from the demon nature and break away from the demon realm.
This matter of changing my personality makes me suddenly not know where to start, because my personality has no way to manifest here. Everything is good, everything is fine, and there is no need to manifest a personality. However, the laws of karma and cause and effect of the things I did in the past follow me without missing a single one; thinking of it truly makes my hair stand on end! If one day I become compassionate and want to save my demon children and grandchildren, I must find my true self before going back. Otherwise, it is very likely that because my personality has not been changed well, I will return to my previous personality, and then I will return to the demon realm.
It is best that this kind of thing does not happen; I do not want it to happen, and it cannot happen. Because, where else can I find a second opportunity to encounter the timing when Namo Amituofo, Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju, and Practitioner Su are all together? Can there be a Western Land of Dharma Nature that can accommodate us old demons, ancient demons, and demon children and grandchildren? There is no second chance to find it.
After all is said and done, it is still the same old saying. Since so many old demons and ancient demons are calling on the demon realm to hurry up and come to seek refuge, and to put down the spell-casting matters in their hands, it means that this matter is truly the Truth. One does not grow in wisdom without experiencing things; an old demon of 130 trillion years also encountered it and discovered his own inadequacies, but it is not too late at all. Because, having encountered the Buddha, he can help us rise to a good place; I deeply believe this is the case. I have said that fortunately, I did not encounter a demon; a demon would not be like this. Only by encountering the Buddha can one have such mind-capacity, such ability, and such skills to save old demons and ancient demons.
The Buddha is Namo Amituofo; to be able to have a junior like Practitioner Su appear, Namo Amituofo must also be full of joy. No wonder the magnetic field where the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre is located and the light it radiates are truly different.
I have said that I am very sensitive to colour. The geology here shows that the brightness is emitted from the ground and radiates upward. Many sentient beings in the heavenly realms or from other places can easily find this place. Because this kind of brightness cannot be projected from any other place; one can find the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre by coming straight here. The sand here, to the naked eye of humans, is just sand, but in the spiritual realm, it is shining brightly—you cannot see this, right? This indicates that the spiritual beings inside the sand have been deeply transformed, which is why it is possible to emit bright light.
I heard that the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss has gold-paved ground. Gold is also one of the treasures; a world that can have gold-paved ground must be a very beautiful world. I can imagine this; while listening to the sutras, or from the ' Sutra' in the Thrice Yearning Ceremonies, one can read about the gold-paved ground. I am quite envious, because I have never seen such a scene before.
Practitioner Su has stated his vow: if every sentient being in the Western Land of Dharma Nature truly wants to go to the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss, they can enter as soon as the lotus seat opens. I heard this with great joy. Therefore, I chant Namo Amituofo with all my might, trying to see if I can grind away my demon nature, and then I will have the opportunity to enter the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. Every time I think about this, I will have a smile on my face. Days like this are truly rare and hard to come by; having encountered it, it would be a pity not to laugh three times! It must be that I also formed too good a karmic affinity with Namo Amituofo in the past to be saved by Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su to the Dharma-Nature Land.
If you still want me to talk about the things I did in the demon realm, I have done everything. The 'Five and Ten Good Deeds' mentioned on Earth, in reverse, are the 'Ten Evil Deeds'; I can say I have done them all, and those were just small things. What old demons have done in the past were often big things; I really don't want to think about them, so let it be! Just don't look at the many evil things you did in the past. Looking at it now, it is very inappropriate, but at the time, I was complacent, having the skills to do such things, letting other demon beings look at you differently, which could strengthen your role and position in the demon realm. At that time, I was fearless of the terror of the laws of karma and cause and effect.
Only when I lived to be older did I know what fear was. In the past, I was young and vigorous, fearless of heaven and earth, rushing forward; now, these have all become things to repent for. How can one finish repenting? Then, bring up the Buddha's name; only the Buddha's name can help me dissolve my spiritual obstacles and eliminate the various evil deeds I did in the past. Therefore, this is also why the demon beings in the Western Land of Dharma Nature chant the Buddha's name particularly diligently. Because past events sometimes surface in my mind, and I also deeply repent. I know things that cannot be undone, and I also know that I will suffer deep evil retribution in the future.
Since I am here at this time, hurry up and chant the Buddha's name, and seek the Buddha's protection; at least after chanting the Buddha's name, the Buddha-power can bless you. The 'Two-Power Method' mentioned in the Pure Land, arises, and the Buddha-power can certainly be blessed. And the Buddha will absolutely not abandon you just because you were once a demon and did many evil things, and your sins are heinous. On the contrary, you are a pitiable one, and the Buddha-light will add a little more. Therefore, beg the Buddha, I open my heart, hoping that the Buddha-light will quickly illuminate my heart, sweep away the darkness of the heart, and let the heart-light manifest. Such a heart is very sincere.
The so-called sincerity refers to the fact that we old demons know life and death, know how to cherish the Buddha, and know the preciousness of the Buddha, so we dare not leave the Buddha's name for even a split second. People know the Buddha, but do not know the preciousness of the Buddha, so they do not cherish the Buddha well, letting time pass by in every second.
I did not expect to encounter this matter myself; here, I have the opportunity to express my current situation, so that the juniors can also be vigilant. If we are still like this, what reason do the juniors have to cast spells to attack Practitioner Su's body? The past cannot be undone; besides repentance, it is repentance, and besides gratitude, it is gratitude. If it were not for the salvation of Namo Amituofo and Practitioner Su, I would still be in that deep, dark corner of the imperial palace in deep meditative concentration, and I do not know how long it would take to come out.
Looking at it this way, my experience can also be used as a reference for everyone. This experience is quite precious; it was exchanged for my 130 trillion years! I advise the sentient beings and demon beings who can hear this to listen to it; it will certainly be good for you.
I am now listening to Practitioner Su's lectures on the sutras and the Dharma, or respectfully listening to the teachings of Namo Amituofo and Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju during the Thrice Yearning Ceremonies, and I am doing so on my knees. After an old demon of 130 trillion years entered the Dharma-Nature Land, I am listening to the sutras on my knees, listening to the teachings of Namo Amituofo and Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju on my knees—it is too precious! When I kneel down, I can feel that my heart has removed a lot of darkness and increased brightness. Because our spirits have no interference from sentient beings, and there is the purification of Buddha-light in the Western Land of Dharma Nature, there is absolutely no situation of entering the space. Therefore, Practitioner Su, your teaching, we are all very good listeners, and there are many, many people listening to the Dharma on their knees.
I see some people listening to the Dharma, clearly already drowsy and lost, entering the space of the nth dimension, a very deep, deep space, which we can all see; but after they were awakened, they still sat in their seats, continuing to enter the next space, not knowing that they should hurry up and kneel down! If you kneel down, some karmic creditors, seeing that you have a bit of repentance, will spare you this time.
Listening to Practitioner Su lecture on the sutras, having one minute of clarity, listening to one minute of the Dharma, it is possible to save yourself! If you have two minutes of clarity, listening for two minutes will save yourself. If you are a bit more dull, listening to ten minutes of the Dharma, even if you are only clear for one minute, you will earn one minute of benefit. We could not hear this Dharma in the demon realm, so everyone is black and bright, unlike listening to the Dharma here, where everyone is white, bright, and clean, shining! This is truly two completely different worlds.
I advise people who listen to the sutras and hear the Dharma: if you feel that you are drowsy and not right, kneel down first! The ground you kneel on is the golden ground; it will absolutely not hurt your knees, it will only let the sentient beings on your two knees nod: 'Okay, I will come out!' If you stubbornly refuse to kneel, the sentient beings on your two knees will think: 'The personality is so hard, okay, then I am harder than you, making your knees stiff and unable to move, unable to bend, let's see who is stronger!'
This is not good for yourself. Learning here, everything must be softened, no self, no 'me,' then that is correct! Those who have a 'self' are definitely going against their own bodies, and they will have to bear the consequences. This is the situation we see in the Dharma-Nature Land.
In fact, old demons are very good at speaking the Dharma; having lived for so long, they always have a few words to say to the juniors, and they all possess some ability to speak the Dharma, but what they speak is magic, not Buddha-Dharma. Therefore, now that I have changed, I have quite a lot of feelings that I can provide to everyone. After all is said and done, hurry up and practice diligently! This place is rare and hard to come by. Being able to bow to the Buddha more is earning it, being able to read the sutras one more time is earning it, and being able to chant the Buddha's name a few more times is earning it; you will absolutely not suffer a loss. I will take these words as a concluding remark for everyone.
As for the demon beings, after you hear this, you know in your heart how to walk the path ahead. Those who are willing to stay here, stay and wait for surrender; consider yourself smart. Those who still want to go back to the Dharma Realm to be demons, no one will stop you; you can go back as much as you want, and when you figure it out, come over again! I don't think it will be too long.
Now the magnetic field of the Dharma Realm has undergone quite a big change, especially the magnetic field of the demon beings. Since many old demons have entered this bright place, of course, the thoughts they emit will also hope that their juniors in the past can have the opportunity to enter. Such thoughts are bright thoughts, and the bright heart-light illuminates the demon realm of the Dharma Realm. Therefore, it is not as dark as the previous demon realm, and it is gradually showing bright light; this can be seen! I can feel such a transformation here, and this must be grateful to Namo Amituofo. Old demons are grateful to Namo Amituofo; juniors, why don't you hurry up and bow to thank the Buddha's grace? Many who are listening to the Dharma have already knelt down; once you kneel down, hurry up and join the ranks of surrender!
I will stop here today; thank you all for listening to me say these words.
