My child, you may feel a deep sense of fear when you contemplate the nature of life and death. Yet, this very fear is a sign that you must confront these truths directly, rather than turning away from them. There is truly no need to live in dread of life and death. In reality, the experience of these transitions depends entirely upon your own heart and mind. How, then, can you adjust your inner state? You must begin by understanding the true meaning and the ultimate direction of your life.
Life and death are not journeys into a dark, unknown void. If you look with the eyes of faith, you will see that there is always a path of radiant hope—the brilliant, guiding light of the of Ultimate Bliss. The suffering you perceive in this world is largely a product of your own imagination. These imagined fears reside within your own heart. When you allow yourself to be clouded by false , ignorant thoughts, and baseless anxieties, you create a personal hell of your own making. In truth, every moment of your life should be filled with gratitude and .
While it is true that your life is influenced by the causal conditions of your past karma, you must realise that this karma is not fixed. It can be transformed. Life and death should no longer be sources of panic or despair. The only thing you should truly fear is the unchecked, volatile nature of your own mind. If your body is suffering from illness, do not view this as the ultimate hardship. The true hardship lies in a heart that has become barren, a mind that refuses to accept the wisdom of the True Teachings.
My child, if your heart still possesses the strength to seek the light, you must connect yourself to the True Teachings. By doing so, you will begin to soften and harmonise your Body-Mind-Spirit. This process will naturally lead you to a state of ease and freedom. When you adjust your inner state to one of peace and equilibrium, you will find that there is no suffering in this world at all. In that state of clarity, you will experience only a profound sense of freedom and a refreshing coolness of body and mind.
When you reach a state where you are no longer swayed by external perceptions, you will find that your inner world remains stable and unchanging. When your heart is filled only with pure goodness, good fortune will naturally follow, bringing a path of light that shines throughout your journey. Why, then, would there be any unhappiness in your life? When you align yourself with the natural order of the universe, you will realise that life and death are merely transitions within the flow of existence.
Everything is governed by the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way. When you follow these, you will find yourself at peace, adapting to every situation with a calm and joyful heart. You will find that you are truly free, living in harmony with the . May you always walk in the light of , leaving all suffering behind to find true and lasting happiness.
