This interview was recorded at the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre in Australia on May 22, 2024. A practitioner shares insights on the spiritual origins of the global pandemic and the path to resolution.

Practitioner speaks:

"The human body is transient and will eventually perish, yet the spirit within is unborn and undying. When a person is wronged in life, they often harbour intense emotion and hatred. If they pass away while holding onto this resentment, their spirit transforms into a demon. Lacking a physical form, these spirits seek out those who harmed them, entering their bodies to exact revenge."

The Cycle of Vengeance

"These spirits are driven by a singular purpose: to find those they hate. The Buddha works to resolve these demon realms—the realms of hatred and vengeance. By delivering talks to these spirits, explaining the laws of and cause and effect, the Buddha provides the only true path to resolution. It is a matter of karmic debt, and only the Buddha has the to resolve it."

Why the Pandemic Persists

"People wonder why the pandemic remains so severe. It is because no one is addressing the root cause. Viruses are, in essence, spirits, yet no one is communicating with them. Only at the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre does Namo Amituofo communicate directly with these spirits. We explain the laws of karma and cause and effect to them. The world is filled with spirits—demons—who are here to receive their ."

A Call to Resolution

"By inviting these spirits to listen to the sutras and hear the Dharma, they begin to understand the laws of karma and cause and effect. Only through this understanding can the pandemic be truly resolved. I urge everyone: come quickly to the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre. Meet our Buddha, Namo Amituofo, and the pandemic will be resolved. Namo Amituofo."
