This is a record of an interview with Lay Practitioner Ma Yun, who sought at the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre in Australia. He reflects on his observations of the Assembly and his desire for spiritual . This testimony was recorded by the chief writer, Shi Faxi, on October 1, 2018.

Lay Practitioner Ma Yun speaks:

"Namo Amituofo. Time passes with such startling speed; another month has already come to an end. It is the first day of October, and I truly hope that I can smoothly awaken to the truth. The world is filled with such immense suffering—I see this clearly now. I, too, wish to save the world, and I hope that such an opportunity will arise for me.

A Magnificent Dharma Assembly

Yesterday, I witnessed a Dharma Assembly that was truly magnificent and dignified. The beings throughout the entire void were singing—they were singing the beautiful, resonant holy name of Namo Amituofo. In the past, I would never have thought to record such things, but now, I seem to be developing a profound sensitivity to these truths. I believe that soon, I will be able to manifest a response in my physical body. I am deeply grateful for the help of my fellow practitioner along this journey. These scenes of deliverance have been of immense help to me; they have shown me exactly what I must do. The world is actually like this—in the past, I really did not understand these things at all. Only when the space here is opened can everything be seen so clearly.

The Boundless Power of Deliverance

The deliverance skills of my fellow practitioner are truly boundless. Watching from the side, I was left absolutely dumbfounded. If one were to try to capture this with video equipment, I think modern technology would be far too slow to record it. It is a speed that transcends time itself, and it involves a quantity of beings that exceeds all numbers—it is a scene that is simply impossible to imagine. Yet, this is exactly how they are saved and sent to the Western Land.

The sad reality is that everyone will eventually find themselves among these beings after death. People die and become beings—this fact truly astonished me. It is such a simple principle, yet it seems I have only just grasped it now. Alas, human life is truly not worth it. I, too, wish to learn these skills early and find my true self. I will strive to come to this place and break through my own limitations. I am grateful to my fellow practitioner for leading me to see these things. I will work hard to strengthen myself. I believe that if I have the heart, things will surely be accomplished. Gratitude for everything, and gratitude to Namo Amituofo."
