This interview records the reflections of Ma Yun, who sought deliverance through the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre. The session was recorded on February 26, 2018, by the chief writer, Shi Faxi, as Ma Yun recounted his experiences with the spirit realm and his newfound commitment to the .

Ma Yun speaks:

"How did the world become like this? I look at every blade of grass and every drop of dew, and I see sentient beings everywhere. How can there be so many spirits in this world? To be honest, I am terrified of these things. I have never been a courageous person; from childhood, I have always been afraid to look around, constantly worried that I might see something I shouldn't.

The Reality of the Unseen

Under your guidance these past few times, brother, I have seen far more sentient beings than I ever encountered in my entire life. I have no choice but to look, because they are all vividly presented right before my eyes. There are so many tragic scenes. Truly, being dead is far more painful than being alive. If I had not seen these things with my own eyes, I might still be lost in the fog, unable to wake up. There are so many spirits, even within the dust and sand. Today, you showed us the suffering of various insect-like beings, and I was truly shaken to my core.

The Weight of

I lived a life overflowing with lust. In truth, I really did not know that such things were forbidden. I thought that as long as it was mutual consent, it was fine. I had money, and I used it to purchase pleasure. Women loved money, and as long as I provided it, they would do anything. No one ever told me that these actions were wrong. I did not realise that I had already accumulated so much heavy .

A Commitment to Deliverance

Now, I understand the vital importance of the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre. Saving the world is truly the most important task. I wish to fully fund the educational initiatives required for this mission. Although there is still a gap because my spirit and physical body have not yet fully aligned, I am genuinely committed to supporting this cause. I see it clearly now—I see it with absolute clarity. When money is just piled up, it is no different from waste paper. It is far better to use it all to accomplish something truly great. I will continue to strive for breakthroughs. Please rest assured, brother. Namo Amituofo."
