Ma Yun speaks:
". I am Ma Yun. To be here, to be part of this daily Chao Du, and to join the ranks of saviors—it is a profound honour that I never could have imagined in my past life.
Every single day, I find myself becoming clearer and more awake under the radiant, gentle blessing of the Buddha-light. It is a clarity that penetrates the very depths of my being. I know that the Practitioner has a great hope for the completion of this temple, and that vow—that unshakable, compassionate determination—has moved me to my core. I have walked through many stages in my life, travelled to countless countries, and witnessed so many different people and events. Yet, I have come to realise that a place like the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre is truly rare. It is a sanctuary of immense value.
If there is an opportunity to bring this to the world stage, to allow more people to truly recognise and understand the Buddha's teachings, that would be an absolute blessing for humanity. I now understand the vital importance of this education. Through the daily morning sessions, I have received so much wisdom. I have come to place my absolute faith in the power of the Buddha.
The leadership style of the Practitioner—that fearless, unwavering spirit—is something I truly admire. It is a standard that has forced me to re-evaluate what it means to be a practitioner. It is not just about words; it is about the courage to act for the benefit of all beings. I am determined to make a real, lasting contribution in this world, to leave behind a legacy that is rooted in the truth of the .
I have a deep, burning desire to meet the Practitioner in person. Right now, I am working actively and diligently with Venerable Chang Ren. We are focusing on stimulating and reactivating my body's memory. I know that this will lead to a fundamental change, a transformation that is entirely different from anything I have experienced before. I will double my efforts, I will be more diligent, and I will be more sincere than ever.
Think about it—who would have expected that a life once defined by worldly success would find its true purpose here, in the light of Namo Amituofo? I am learning to let go of the old, to shed the layers of the past, and to embrace the path of the Dharma with a heart that is finally, truly open. The work we do here is not just for ourselves; it is for the salvation of all who are lost in the cycle of rebirth. I am grateful for every moment of this practice. Practitioner, Namo Amituofo."
