The Ongoing Work of Spiritual Deliverance

Skanda and other protective beings have been working within of Practitioner Su for over a month. They have been acting with the force of a vacuum, gently but firmly inviting these beings to depart from the physical form. This process has been continuous, and it reveals the immense scale of the work that has been undertaken over the past twenty years. Practitioner Su has dedicated his life to resolving karmic conflicts and performing for countless beings. Many of these beings, either unwilling to resolve their grievances or seeking protection, have sought refuge within the body of Practitioner Su. The number of such beings is truly immeasurable and difficult to calculate. If this is the reality for Practitioner Su, one must ask: what is the state of the bodies of the fourfold assembly? It is highly probable that their burden is countless times greater than that of Practitioner Su.

The Impact of Attached Spirits on the Physical Form

The beings who enter the body of Practitioner Su often find a sense of cooling and purification. As their suffering is alleviated, they become quiet, listening to the sutras and the , or entering a state of dormant stillness. This state of relative peace helps to reduce the harm inflicted upon Practitioner Su, ensuring he does not suffer from obvious discomfort. This is truly fortunate. However, the situation for the or attached spirits within the bodies of the fourfold assembly is often quite different. These beings frequently carry deep-seated resentment, anger, and a desire to seek retribution. Even when the attached spirits share similar habits and personality traits with the host, the physical body struggles to bear such a heavy burden. Consequently, the following conditions often manifest:

  • Physical Heaviness and Lethargy: The cells of the body become burdened and lose their vitality, unable to perform their natural functions.
  • Accelerated Aging: The constant presence of these beings drains the body's energy, leading to premature signs of aging.
  • Manifestation of Disease: The body suffers damage from these beings, resulting in various illnesses. The severity of these diseases depends on the number of beings present and the extent of the harm they cause.

From this, we can clearly see the difference between those who practice and those who do not, as well as the differences in the depth of one's , mind-capacity, tolerance, and the strength of one's practice.

The Call for Salvation

When beings are in deep suffering and find no one to save them, encountering the Buddha-light or a savior is like seeing a bright light in the midst of profound darkness. They naturally cling tightly to this source of hope. This is a situation that can be observed wherever Practitioner Su goes. Although Skanda Bodhisattva and other protectors follow closely by his side, attempting to prevent these beings from entering, the sheer volume of beings rushing forward is overwhelming. If one or two manage to slip into the body of Practitioner Su, over the course of twenty years, it inevitably leads to the current situation. Furthermore, many beings are already being saved during daily Dharma assemblies or through the constant Chao Du performed by Practitioner Su. Without this, the sheer number of beings would be unimaginable. Skanda Bodhisattva and the protectors feel they have failed in some aspects of their duty, but they humbly ask for the understanding of Practitioner Su.

The Boundless Compassion of the Buddha

Beings are immeasurable and boundless, filling the entire vastness of the Dharma Realm. There is not a single place where beings do not exist. Within the countless layers of space, every level is densely packed with an uncountable number of beings. To Practitioner Su, every single one of these beings is waiting to be saved and is in need of salvation. He saves whoever he can, one by one. Because Practitioner Su clearly sees the suffering and helplessness of these beings, he works tirelessly, without sleep or rest, constantly seeking ways to awaken everyone to the truth that only by saving oneself can one truly be saved by the Buddha. As for how much of this message the beings receive, it truly depends on their own .

Skanda Bodhisattva remains by the side of Practitioner Su, constantly encouraging these beings to move to the surrounding areas. The twenty memorial tablets provided by the Buddha offer a gateway: those who enter these tablets can receive the Buddha’s light and be guided to the , or to the human or heavenly realms. This allows them to leave behind the suffering of their current state. This is truly a convenient gate opened by the great compassion of Namo Amituofo.

Namo Amituofo.

This message was recorded by the Buddha's disciple, Venerable HaiZe.
