The Boundless Power of Dharma Body Chao Du
An Interview with National Master Xianshou regarding Practitioner Su
Recorded on February 1, 2021

The world is currently undergoing drastic changes. Trust between people has eroded, and many prefer to live within their own isolated spaces, clinging to their personal attachments, likes, and dislikes. This has caused countless layers of fragmented spaces to pile up throughout the vast universe. If Practitioner Su had not invited me to join the salvation team, I would never have been able to witness such intricate phenomena and hidden dimensions.
The Power of a Boundless Heart
The heart of a practitioner is dedicated entirely to saving others. Today, because of the vast and boundless heart of Practitioner Su, which is in perfect harmony with the Buddha, the holy assembly of the has gathered. The manifests throughout the vastness of the Realm, reaching every corner to transform the suffering of the Three Evil Realms and lead the lost into the light.
The salvation team, covering the entire sky, is dedicated to turning the hearts of demons toward the Righteous Path. Now, we walk together on this path. Practitioner Su’s vow is to rotate the Earth back to its proper course, and we are all contributing our efforts to this cause. In truth, from the moment we began to save the infinite crowds of demons, the magnetic field of the entire universe has shifted. The cosmic Bodhisattvas who join the Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre's weekly Dharma assembly are countless. Everyone, moved by the heart-capacity of Practitioner Su, is willing to let go of their base nature and give themselves a chance for rebirth and redemption. Upon arriving here, their hearts find peace. As they participate in with Practitioner Su, they feel a sense of stability. Seeing the boundless spaces and the infinite sentient beings, they realise their own insignificance and thus cherish this good cause and condition of following Namo Amituofo.
The Infinite Reach of Salvation
During Chao Du, the team led by Practitioner Su fills the entire sky. With thousands of billions of manifestations, they open up the endless spaces throughout the universe:
- The Hells: In the ten courts of suffering, where wailing is heard everywhere, any being with the karmic affinity to hear the Buddha-name can, by chanting it just once, escape their space of retribution and move toward the Goodness
- of the higher realms. The Ghost Realm: Most beings here are those who were greedy for the world. Upon seeing the Buddha-light, those who wish to leave are led away by boundless lotus flowers
- .The Earth:
- Layer upon layer of soil contains the memories of history, the lives of indigenous peoples, and countless trillions of insects. The spirits of grass, trees, flowers, and animals—whether from the present or from thousands of years ago—all reside within. The Oceans: Beneath the sea, there are vast schools of fish, shellfish, seaweed, and countless other forms of life. These underwater regions are like different kingdoms, and their numbers are no less than those on land. There are also ancient spaces and the spirits of those who perished in shipwrecks. Through the daily washing and purification of the Buddha-light
- , more and more of these beings are finding redemption.Deep Earth and Demon Realms: The demon crowds pressed deep into the earth’s layers, as well as those in volcanoes and glaciers, are all being reached by Dharma BodyChao Du without a moment of rest.
Opening the Ancient Spaces
When Practitioner Su’s manifestation entered the land of China, the speed was incredible. The Dharma Body traversed every province, mountain, river, and the four great sacred mountains. Spaces belonging to practitioners of many different eras were opened. Even the bells, drums, ritual instruments, ancient walls, and bricks within famous temples were liberated by the Buddha-light. Some had been trapped there since the temples were built thousands of years ago. When they stepped out of these spaces, they appeared exactly as they did in the past—some arrogant, some humble—but all were finally liberated.
In the great rivers, such as the Yellow River, the Yangtze, the Songhua, and the Heilongjiang, there were many deities and wandering spirits from various eras. Many who had perished in the blood-soaked wars of the past were restored by the Buddha-light, as if waking from a long dream. China has five thousand years of recorded history, but I have seen spirits from even earlier, pre-literate times, wearing primitive clothing and speaking in simple sounds. They had entered spaces that were quite simple, seeking only food and shelter. The speed at which these spaces are opened is remarkable. We have encountered emperors, consorts, and commoners from various dynasties, as well as those still trapped in the chaos of war, looting, and killing. Wherever the Buddha-light shines, beings are able to leave.
A Cosmic Mission of
While performing Chao Du for China, the Dharma Body also entered Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan. By traversing the landscapes and spaces of these countries, countless Dharma affinities were formed and seeds of Goodness were planted. Many in these regions are Buddhists with deep Dharma affinity, and now, through Practitioner Su’s Chao Du, they and their sentient beings can finally be liberated.
Practitioner Su’s vision of space is boundless. With Wisdom and heart-capacity, he opens the spaces of the ancestral masters, Dharma protectors, the Bodhisattvas, and the fourfold assembly, allowing them to enter their own past eras to perform Chao Du. This has helped me, Xianshou, to save my own past followers, disciples, and family members. Because of this, every morning and during the , the Dharma protectors are also able to save those with whom they have an affinity, and they are eternally grateful to Practitioner Su.
Healing the Universe
The Dharma BodyChao Du continuously sends beings back to the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. Around the black holes in the universe, there are countless planets, extraterrestrials, micro-particles, and spaces belonging to high-level practitioners. The spirits within the Milky Way and the beings in the Demon Realm all see this compassionate, gentle, and swift Buddha-light and seek energy, purification, and liberation. Practitioner Su leads the cosmic Bodhisattvas to orbit and save the Milky Way. The Buddha-light brings fullness of energy to countless planets. In a single moment of illumination, as the name of Namo Amituofo resonates, the planets and their inhabitants are filled with energy. Venerable Du Shun, myself, and Qingliang stand at the forefront, assisting in leading the cosmic beings who are as dense as pores on the skin.
The Path to True Peace
In the time it takes to chant the six-character name, the Earth and the universe are bathed in endless light and Chao Du. This heart-capacity, aligned with the Buddha-vow and practice, breaks through barriers daily, all to ensure that one more being can be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. Regarding the recent global pandemic, the drought in Australia, and the rotation of the Earth, Practitioner Su uses various methods of Chao Du and sincerity to resolve these conflicts. By leading everyone in chanting Buddha's name, he brings the Earth into a state of oneness, where the positive magnetic field aligns with the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way to bring rain and peace.
The pandemic and the Earth’s deviation are results of the mutation of the human heart. To address this Collective , Practitioner Su invites Avalokiteshvara , Mahasthamaprapta Bodhisattva, the ancestral masters, the Dharma protectors, and the infinite assembly of Bodhisattvas to continuously orbit the Earth. Every place they reach is purified, bringing peace and harmony.
As the saying goes, "Where the Buddha walks, the country and its people are transformed. The world becomes harmonious, the sun and moon are clear, wind and rain come in their time, and disasters do not arise. The country is prosperous, the people are at peace, and weapons are no longer needed." Practitioner Su, with a heart in sync with the Buddha, is making this a reality.
Namo Amituofo is manifesting in the human world today because Practitioner Su’s heart is in sync with the Buddha. His purpose is to lead the masses out of confusion, to use the Buddha’s teachings to adjust the human heart, and to reveal the innate potential of the human body. He has left behind a vast amount of documentation on opening spaces—a Dharma Jewel never seen in thousands of years. Practitioner Su truly implements the sutras, walking step by step, finding the true self within nature, and acting with . With an ageless body, he will continue to save infinite beings through daily Dharma BodyChao Du. Today, Practitioner Su’s physical body bears the suffering of sentient beings, breaking through layer after layer of obstacles to lead the fourfold assembly of Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre to find their own Dharma Body. I hope the fourfold assembly will make great vows, walk the path of true practice, and, like Practitioner Su, come and go freely to the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.
