Venerable Changren speaks:
"Namo Amituofo. Throughout my time in practice, I have been fortunate to remain by the side of Practitioner Su, and I have truly benefited immensely from this proximity. I have witnessed so many inconceivable scenes—sights that have never been seen from ancient times until the present day. Today, when Practitioner Su stepped onto the platform for the Chao Du ceremony, the space around us opened up in an infinitely vast and boundless way. Countless sentient beings, who had been waiting nearby, knelt one after another to welcome the Buddha-light. There were also a great number of spirits from various directions who wished to take refuge under the guidance of Namo Amituofo today. Everyone was preparing with such , hoping that every day would become an even more magnificent and auspicious deliverance assembly. Practitioner Su’s dedication today was focused on breaking through infinite layers of space. As for the place we reached today, I can say with certainty that everyone will be fascinated by it."
A Secret Realm in the Universe
"It is a secret realm located within the void of the universe. There, one finds beings layered upon beings, an endless multitude in a world filled with spiritual energy. It is said that this environment is a place of eternal youth and immortality. However, as we all know now, what is called 'immortality' is actually just a form of attachment—a fixation of the heart and a pattern of behaviour. What can truly be achieved is the return to the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. That world is incredibly beautiful and truly sacred. I heard that this place is known as the planet of the Heavenly Kings. Living within it are groups of heavenly kings and queens, along with their subjects."
"All the inhabitants of this planet of Uranus are individuals who, after their lives on Earth had ended, travelled there to reside. Some were eminent monks who had attained a level of practice; some were practitioners who had lived in seclusion in the mountains; others were former queens or dukes from the world of men. During their lives, they had performed good deeds, understood the nature of Goodness, and practised charity throughout the world. Yet, because of a single thought of attachment to such an environment, they developed a longing for eternal life. Because their minds were set upon this, after they passed away, these humans who had performed good deeds ended up living on this planet. They lived lives of 'immortality.' Although time and years passed just the same, there was no true meaning to it. Day after day, nothing changed. They existed within that space, living a life that was completely stagnant and unchanging."
The of the Heavenly Beings
"It was not until today that they finally heard the sound of Practitioner Su’s Buddha-name. They saw the team of Venerables that Practitioner Su brought with her, and their hearts were filled with deep repenting. They realised that what they had been pursuing for so many years was a mistake. These humans on the planet of Uranus, although they possessed good hearts and had performed good deeds, lacked the teachings of the true Truth. Therefore, their energy was actually incomplete. They existed between the spaces of the planet of Uranus, merely living a life of calm and coolness, enjoying the merits and virtues they had accumulated, and maintaining themselves in the age state they were most satisfied with. As long as they did not stir their thoughts, both their lives and their appearances remained constant. However, after meeting with the Venerables, they finally understood that there is a much more powerful source of light and a much more potent energy. They only then realised how regrettable it was to have remained in that space for so long."
A Magnificent Opportunity for Liberation
"Today was a miraculous opportunity, allowing these people on the planet of Uranus to finally depart. It was a rare and magnificent Chao Du, a space within a space. I know that they are incredibly joyful now that they have encountered the Buddha’s teachings; it is a truly moving moment. I hope that they can now practise diligently, seek rebirth in the Western Pure Land, and continue their practice within the -Nature Land. I am grateful for the of the Buddha and grateful for all the energy of good conditions. Namo Amituofo."
