The Distinction Between Buddha and Demon: An Interview with Mo Xinpo
An Interview with Mo Xinpo, a Primordial Demon of 350 Trillion Years
Recorded by Disciple Shi Haize on April 29, 2025
This is a record of an interview with Mo Xinpo, a primordial demon who sought at the Hsiang Kuang Buddhist Centre in Australia. He now resides in the . This account reflects upon his existence spanning approximately 350 trillion years. This interview was recorded by the chief writer, Shi Haize, on April 29, 2025.
Mo Xinpo speaks:
"Namo Amituofo. My name is Mo Xinpo. The Chinese characters for my name, if you omit the first two, mean 'heart and soul.' When I first entered the Demon Realm, my actions and words were so shocking and intense that they often left my peers and even the elder Demon Kings trembling with fear. That is why the Demon King bestowed this name upon me. It sounds a bit terrifying, but it perfectly captures the personality I possessed at that time.
The Roots of a Demon's Defiance
I always craved to stand out and rise above others. If you do not distinguish yourself, you are looked down upon by other beings. The way they belittle you is unbearable—it could be through words, cold glares, dismissive gestures, or even a brutal beating that leaves you vomiting on the ground, unable to rise, while they walk away laughing. Because I suffered such humiliation, my originally gentle nature hardened into an unyielding, aggressive exterior. I became this strong, untouchable figure you see now.
As far as I know, the inner journey of many demons is similar to mine. Such demons have a flaw in their hearts. There is a corner of their soul they have deliberately covered up—a past where they were bullied, a wounded self they hide behind a mask of coldness, irrationality, and aggression. They hurt others simply to ensure they are never hurt again. It is a form of reactive force.
The Performance of Power
For those 350 trillion years, Mo Xinpo maintained this persona. Before I entered samadhi, this personality was on full display, especially during the history leading up to my becoming a Demon King. If I had not been this way, I would never have attracted the attention of other demons, let alone the Demon King. There are countless demon children and grandchildren; it is difficult enough for a King to remember a few names, let alone the masses. The fact that the Demon King noticed me and gave me this name proves that I was fully manifesting my capabilities at the time.
What I call 'manifestation' was, in truth, 'exaggeration.' Without dramatic actions and thoughts, how could one capture attention? Looking back, it seems rather tragic. Why be that way? But at the time, I lacked such maturity; I only wanted to make a name for myself.
The Rare Blessing of Transformation
After I became a Demon King, before I entered samadhi, I often travelled and observed that many demons were in this same state. If a demon does not receive a profound lesson or suffer the torment of illness, it is very difficult for them to change their personality. Therefore, those demons who are able to change are truly blessed, for their future lives will be entirely different.
Is such a life good or bad? Is it fortunate or unfortunate? From the perspective of human destiny, many personality traits, behaviours, and roles are already written in one's fate. However, if one only records these things in black and white, the content remains limited, for the human mind moves far faster than the hand can write.
In this long span of time in the Demon Realm, I actually existed within that realm for about 260 trillion years. That means for 100 trillion years, I was in a state of samadhi. That is not a short time. Let me explain the situation after I entered the -Nature Land.
The Wisdom of Letting Go
In short, I soon gained the appreciation of the Demon King and left behind those days of being looked down upon. I told myself: 'Let go of everything from the past, whether good or bad. Do not be attached to it. I only need to be as I am now.' This is the brilliance of the Buddha's teachings.
For a demon to possess awareness and reach such a realization is rare. Yet, realization is one thing, and the actual result is another. In this process, I naturally encountered jealousy. During the time the Demon King was cultivating me, I was despised and ostracized by other demons in the group. I stopped caring about these things because I had long been accustomed to it; it became a solid protective wall for me.
So, regardless of how other demons treated me—well or poorly—I did not look, I did not move my heart, and I did not take it to heart. What mattered was that the Demon King was willing to promote me and pass his skills on to me. That was the most important thing. Thus, those bitter memories of the past served to urge me on and protect me, ensuring I would not be disturbed by external interference during my ascent. The Demon King’s skills are at the top of the Demon Realm. If he has foresight, he will often pass his expertise, his ability to dominate a region, or his secrets to the next generation. A Demon King who is confident in himself does not fear that his juniors will surpass him. This is the mind-capacity of a Demon King. In this point, it is the same as the Buddha's teachings. The mind-capacity of the Buddha's teachings is even more vast and boundless. True virtuous elders can embrace the rising stars. Only in this way can the Buddha's teachings flourish and the essence be passed down through generations!
The Test of the Demon King
Actually, the Demon King and the elders who promote you see everything. Elders are elders; they are crystal clear about the thoughts, actions, and behaviour of their juniors. When necessary, they will use you; when not, they leave you to utilise your time as you see fit. The Demon King once said to me: 'I brought you into the fold because I saw your suffering and the behaviours you exhibited; I knew you were acting out of past pain. I believe you are a talent worth moulding. How you live within the Demon Realm now is up to you. I hope you will truly make progress.'
These words were a great encouragement. I accepted many 'demonic tests' from the Demon King. He truly pushed me to the brink! He did not physically strike me, but he used my pain points to stimulate me, to see if I could withstand it. Many times, I was already 'bleeding and oozing,' and he would sprinkle salt on the wounds, making me want to jump! But I held back. I did not jump. I endured the pain, believing that only those who can endure such suffering will have a future. Those who cannot, who retaliate or lose their composure, will only go so far and achieve nothing. This was the lesson my past pain taught me.
The True Meaning of Patience
I passed the Demon King's tests. The process was not easy. But this matter of 'Patience'—after entering the Western Dharma-Nature Land, I discovered that the Buddha's teachings also include Patience. This is truly a universal principle, the Truth, and the Right Way. The Patience of the Buddha's teachings must be accompanied by ! It is compassionate Patience, where one does not take anything to heart and is willing to endure. Such Patience under compassion is truly admirable. This is what I realized after listening to Practitioner Su give Dharma talks, hearing the teachings of Namo Amituofo, and the guidance of Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju here in the Western Dharma-Nature Land.
I was doing it right at the time, but there was a difference: the Patience of the Demon Realm is merely 'endurance,' but the personality does not change, nor is it adjusted to compassion. Once I became successful, I would retaliate against those who attacked me or were unfavourable to me, because they caused me pain. That was my mindset then. But the pain the Demon King gave me—should I retaliate against him? That was the point that confused me. No one could give me the answer.
The Virtue of Leadership
When the Demon King fell gravely ill, his soul contracted a strange disease, and he could no longer teach or lead our group. He needed the care of other demons. Such a Demon King usually faces one of two fates: either he is driven out of the demon group if he was too hateful, or he is treated with respect and care until he dies of old age and withers away.
I was conflicted for a while: should I take this opportunity to seize the Demon King's position, or should I be respectful? After all, without him, there would be no me. In the end, I chose the latter. I not only became the Demon King of our group but also treated the old Demon King with respect, asking many demon children and grandchildren to care for his soul until his energy was exhausted and he withered away. This is a natural process. Not a single demon child or grandchild protested my actions. My approach was respected within the group. This is virtue. In a demon group, you must have virtue to lead the masses. Without virtue, you cannot lead for long. This is extremely important. At the same time, I discovered that it is the same in the Buddha's teachings.
Virtue means enduring what others cannot. It means doing what others cannot do. And it means sharing what you have with others. Of course, in the Buddha's teachings, it is the merit gained from helping and saving beings; you do your best, and what you gain, you share with everyone. This is the state of mind of Practitioner Su. This point is highly praised by the Demon King here in our Dharma-Nature Land. This is virtue! Virtue pervades the entire Dharma-realm and empty space; that is to say, His compassion and grace are given to all beings in the Dharma-realm and empty space, without distinguishing between high or low, good or evil, right or wrong. He treats everyone with compassion! This truly gives these demons or beings who have done wrong a chance to repent and turn towards goodness. Only someone with a great heart and capacity, or a Buddha, can do this. Those with small hearts and capacities certainly cannot.
The Two Extremes
In the Demon Realm, it is different. Virtue in the Demon Realm means the energy, land, or territory you have gained—not through saving beings, but through attacking and plundering. Even if you lead everyone to do this, if you have the ability, everyone will submit to you; that is called virtue, haha! Do you find such virtue a bit strange? Can someone who has done all kinds of evil also be considered virtuous? Yes! Because others could not do it, but you did, and at the same time, I distributed the benefits and energy from the land to everyone, rather than keeping it for myself. Therefore, between Buddha and demon, there are actually some spirits that are the same, but the actions taken are not the same; they are at two extremes.
So, in this, the demons know what to do. Although we in the Dharma-Nature Land know that we cannot change our evil side overnight, we must know how to help ourselves, improve the quality of our spirits, and clear away past pollution as quickly as possible, because the place you are in now is the Western Dharma-Nature Land, the Buddha-land. Your words, actions, and various thoughts must all take the Buddha as the benchmark. If the Buddha is like this, we are like this. If the Buddha is not like this, we cannot be like this. Only in this way can we make progress.
The Power of Buddha-Light
Am I speaking to my demon children and grandchildren now? Yes, I see them listening very attentively to me, but here in the Dharma-Nature Land, we listen very attentively to Practitioner Su giving Dharma talks. Even when it is not class time, the Dharma assemblies are very exciting! We study very earnestly Practitioner Su's heart of Chao Du and the methods of delivering demonic beings. We watch with our eyes wide open and our mouths agape. Because we were once one of them! By 'one of them,' I mean those who used magic to attack your body. We once did such things to defend our Demon Realm. The reason sounds very grand, but it was truly the case. But now we have turned; after all, we have been given a chance to repent, and we had no other choice.
Because we used magic on you, you discovered us, and your Twelve Lights, along with countless manifestations, suddenly appeared before our eyes. We had no ability to resist and were covered by the light! A beam of light suddenly swept over, and this large group of demons using magic was all covered, entered the Buddha-light of Namo Amituofo, and was sent to the Western Dharma-Nature Land. After entering, I felt immense gratitude! If we had not used magic on Practitioner Su and been discovered, we would never have been able to enter here. It turns out that the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way follow the Buddha, not the demon.
The Path of the Old Demons
Our situation has been brought up by several old demons in previous interviews. This is also what everyone has felt and said from the bottom of their hearts. Because in the past, we never had such Buddhist education and an environment for purification. This is called the Buddha-land. So we had no way to feel, no way to discover, and no way to have awareness to raise the question of whether what we did was right or wrong. We just followed the lead of our elders, learning from them, and grew up that way, even until we became old demons. Unless some truly had awareness and good roots, and later made their own choices and handled things differently—many demons have perhaps mentioned this less in the past.
The method of ' and handling' is that the old demons left the Demon Realm. They did not go into hiding. Hiding is one path, and the result of hiding is withering away. But some old demons chose to leave the planet for another, and their whereabouts are unknown to us. They might have chosen even more distant places. In fact, although unknown, it can be predicted that they chose to leave their familiar planet and environment for another strange one, but they still disappeared without a trace. Afterward, there are two possibilities: they might be sucked away by the laws of and cause and effect, or they might wither away all the same.
Why was I not sucked away by the laws of karma? My own speculation is that it was likely because of the filial piety I had toward our Demon King! Because of my respect and filial piety, I cared for him and let him go properly, withering away into the ground. Because he was ill, his soul could not be saved. Even if I wanted to save him, I could not! Later, he still met the fate of withering away. If I could have saved him, I would have tried my best to save that soul. The most common situation I see is the replenishment of energy. That I could do. Perhaps it was because of that filial piety that my soul was not sucked away by the laws of karma during this long life.
The Power of Buddha's Compassion
Our result is the most special; we disappeared from our planet but were compassionately transferred by the Buddha-light to another space—the space of Earth, and specifically the space of the Western Dharma-Nature Land, the Buddha-land. This kind of transfer situation and condition had never been heard of before. No wonder many demons, in order to defend themselves, protect themselves, and protect the Demon Realm, used magic to attack Practitioner Su. I am sorry, Practitioner Su! This sounds like a self-justifying, self-protective statement. Yes! We are demons, and it is truly a self-protective, self-justifying statement, but it is also a fact! However, I believe that everyone has turned now. The power of the Buddha is truly incomparably great.
So, in my 350 trillion years of time, Mo Xinpo has been true to his name. My words and actions have made many people feel 'shocked and moved.' This remained true until I entered samadhi. I would use methods that no one expected, whether it was plundering or conquering. As long as you can win, any method can be used. This is a demon. So, if a demon wants to control the other side, for example, if they want to control people, any method can be used.
The Buddha's Inclusivity
This applies to people who have physical bodies. But you might say, if your own Body, Speech, and Mind correspond with demons, you might be possessed by a demon. Of course, this is something you attract yourself. It is rare for a demon to enter of a practitioner or being whose body and mind are pure and free from dust. It does not correspond; the magnetic fields are completely different, and the demon cannot survive. Even if it survives, it means it has been assimilated and purified. Otherwise, two lives with different philosophies and different ways of doing things cannot coexist, especially in the Demon Realm, where personalities are so intense. But the Buddha can encompass demons. Because the Buddha-heart is vast and boundless, as I mentioned earlier. So, the demon is a small part encompassed within the Buddha-heart; more can be added, and less can also be more.
No wonder Practitioner Su has the ability to break through layers of space, because he understands the Buddha's teachings, understands the compassion of Namo Amituofo, and understands the ability of Namo Amituofo even more. This is my explanation for the words and actions of Practitioner Su. This is also one of the abilities of Mo Xinpo: to know the meaning behind the other person's heart and behaviour in a very short time, or even instantly. Therefore, I can take action before the other person acts, prescribe the right medicine, and break through the other person's heart, making it easy to win.
However, if I were to apply this ability of mine to the Buddha's teachings, I think I would surely achieve something. Because I know what is right and what is wrong; I will continue to do what is right, and I will quickly let go of what is wrong. If it is unfavourable to you, why not let it go quickly? Why keep it? To continue to let it hurt you? To continue to do whatever you want? Of course not. This is not a smart person, let alone wisdom.
The Importance of Repentance
The Buddha's teachings are a method to enlighten beings, so such people will never get the essence of the Buddha's teachings. Truly smart and wise Buddhists and practitioners know what is right and cannot wait to do it, to improve their energy and the reaction speed and quality of their spirits, and not be used, abused, or retaliated against by other beings. If no one teaches you, then that is it. I would just have to take the beating and accept the manifestation of karma—good causes bring good fruits, and evil causes bring evil fruits.
But the people at Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre have the opportunity to receive the teachings of the Buddha, Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju, and Practitioner Su; they have 'divine sight and hearing.' If you know the shortcomings and strengths of every person and how to act to achieve awakening as soon as possible and follow the Buddha to save beings, and you do not quickly do what is beneficial to yourself, but let the days pass one by one, and instead, you don't care whether what is unfavourable to you is there or not—then you are definitely doomed! What is unfavourable to you is very obvious; it is manifested right before your eyes, and it must be related to your karma, and it must be the you have treated unfavourably in the past.
In this situation, you actually do not quickly repent, do not quickly change your ways, and let them have the opportunity to manifest, letting you become drowsy and enter a space, or leading you by the nose, making you have too many emotions, or looking at people with displeasure and wanting to be bad—these are demon natures, allowing your demon nature to manifest, and then letting yourself regress or even be beaten, suffering the old illness and pain of karma. I have seen several people like this, so I am taking this opportunity to remind people. Knowing your own situation and still doing this is truly... what I want to say is the word 'delusion.'
A Call to Awakening
But I cannot be so impolite; at least you are still people by the Buddha's side. We must respect you a little; we should say you must have wisdom! This is a rare opportunity. If it were us, we would definitely be whipping the horses to practice diligently. Perhaps I do not have the weight or qualifications to say this, but these are my heartfelt words. If you can listen, listen; if you cannot, then you will continue to suffer, and when karma manifests, you will only have suffering.
Like me, Mo Xinpo, why did I enter the Demon Realm? This is also my karma! Now I believe in the existence of the laws of karma and cause and effect. But if I had not bullied people before, I would not be bullied in this lifetime. If I had not looked down on people before, I would not be looked down upon in this lifetime. But these things have all stopped and become the past; they are all illusions and phantoms. This can be used as a mirror, a mirror for the juniors. But you cannot hold on to it tightly; doing so will surely bring the consequence of achieving nothing in your practice. So, if you are one of them, we will not name names, please wake up quickly, even if it is a shock, know that you are doing stupid things, you should let go of the past, and you don't need to think about the future, just chant one Buddha's name to the end.
I lived in the Dharma-realm for about 260 trillion years, and I also entered samadhi. I entered samadhi for about 100 trillion years. This is a very long time. For an old demon, it is as if his life has passed through so many days; it seems to mean it is enough. So you will find a place to enter samadhi, which means you can retire, you can hide, you can no longer appear before the demons. That or you might be sucked away by the laws of karma.
The Reality of the Demon Realm
This kind of ecology of the Demon Realm, after so many interviews with demons, you should have a basic understanding. But why understand it? 'Know yourself and know your enemy, and you will win every battle.' Did Practitioner Su not break through space and save the old demons because he knew the old demons were in samadhi in space? Is this not 'knowing yourself and knowing your enemy, and winning every battle?'
Now that these old demons have said these things, what good is it for you? This is to let everyone understand the demon nature of demons, and whether you have this situation yourself? If you do, do you want to live the life of the Demon Realm? You also know what kind of life the Demon Realm lives, because in so many interviews, you always know that it is a life without light! This whole body turns black; the older the demon, the blacker it is. So do you want to do that? If you don't want to do that, it is best to stay away from demon nature and quickly eliminate the demon nature in your body. It is not just about suppressing it, but about cutting off the demon nature, so that your practice can have progress. Otherwise, the foundation is there, and it is very likely to be triggered again. With this practice of advancing and retreating, how long will you have to practice before you can awaken? How long will you have to practice before you can become a Buddha? I have already seen several people like this.
The Urgency of Practice
Life is limited. After listening to Practitioner Su's Dharma talks, we understood that the human body is such a structure, formed by the combination of multiple . The body formed by the four elements of earth, water, fire, and wind has a time limit. In this case, looking at our 350 trillion years, you have a maximum lifespan of 100 years, right? This is very short! You don't have 350 trillion years to live. We only heard the Buddha's teachings now, and everyone is desperately chanting the Buddha's name, but your 100 years will pass very quickly. Even if you are young and energetic at 20 or 30, or many are 50 or 60, and you have already passed half your life, how much time do you have left to practice?
However, you have a very big advantage, which is that Namo Amituofo is here, Practitioner Su is here, and Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju is here. So this advantage can resist ten thousand troops, which is something that many other practitioners outside the temple do not have. They are working hard, but whether they can reach the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss, I don't see much chance of winning. But you have the chance to win, yet you are so sloppy. Because we are indebted to Practitioner Su, Namo Amituofo, and Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju, we also have to say a few words to advise you. Perhaps what I said is a bit redundant, but if I don't say it, I feel like I'm letting myself down. Because I also want to express my 120,000-fold gratitude and respect to Namo Amituofo, Teacher Practitioner Xia Lianju, and Practitioner Su.
The Advantage of the Centre
Our Demon Realm is actually full of bitterness. We plunder for energy. Everyone, you don't need to plunder for energy, that is, you don't need to make money for food or wealth, or be busy for three meals, you don't need to. In a situation where you don't need to, you really have to grasp it well. If you practice diligently for one minute, you can get the Buddha's . I don't think it's just one minute of Buddha's power blessings! There are three Buddhas here, so the points you add are three points! In this way, if you practice diligently for one minute, you can get a total of four points of progress! Oh my, this is too cost-effective! But it also requires you to be willing to do it and willing to change, so that you can get the points; otherwise, you can't get them.
Some people will think, then I will come slowly, it doesn't matter, anyway, I have plenty of time, I have 24 hours a day. Our way of calculating days is the same as yours. Here refers to the Western Dharma-Nature Land, not the previous Demon Realm. We are now calculating in the Western Dharma-Nature Land, which is also 24 hours a day. After a few days and nights, although we don't have night to distinguish here, when we look at your side, we can know how many days and nights have passed. Because the space is different, looking at your life is like watching a movie, right? Yes, this is a movie, just like looking at the dynamic state on the screen. Because of different spaces. Now you look at these pictures on the computer, it is also another space in the computer. We look at it like this too, but the level of the space is quite different, and your space level is right in front of you. This influence is great; a good space can have a good influence on you, and a negative space also has a negative influence on you. So, technology products are poison, but they are also good medicine. It also has many ways to save people. Using it to save people is called good medicine; if it is used to harm the body or destroy your spiritual achievements, or make you dizzy and numb, or have very exciting pictures, these are all poisons. The reason I can say this is because I have seen it; otherwise, I don't need to use a computer in our Demon Realm.
The Power of Thought
In our Demon Realm, if a demon has enough magic power, their thoughts can break through space. Just like Practitioner Su, Practitioner Su's magic power uses thoughts, uses the power of mental wisdom, uses the power of visualisation, and then the Twelve Lights and countless manifestations break through the old demon's space. Practitioner Su, these methods of yours, we old demons in the Dharma-Nature Land already know, haha, it's just that we can't get out here. Otherwise, we would quickly find a way out of the space. I don't think we need to find it, it's faster to just surrender! The Buddha is right in front of you, what place are you looking for? The Buddha can know everything. Don't waste your energy.
The Buddha is so compassionate to let us not suffer, and gave us the Western Dharma-Nature Land, which can protect us, so don't worry about being sucked away by the laws of karma. Just this point is a great grace, but you still use magic to attack and hurt Practitioner Su, that is simply not the great enemy of the demons. Some demons will say, old demon, you are not fair to say that, we are not interested in the Western Dharma-Nature Land, how do we know if it is really good for us? We are worried and scared to death now, that's why we use magic. This is also correct, no one said you were wrong. You really haven't entered the Western Dharma-Nature Land, so you would do this.
But, have you heard a saying? In our Demon Realm, the words of elders must be listened to. If you don't listen, sometimes the consequences will be very miserable. From this angle, I advise you to do so. If you don't listen, it doesn't matter, go ahead and use magic. I believe that the magic power of Namo Amituofo will also bring you into the Western Dharma-Nature Land. This is my advice to the demons who are currently using magic to attack the body, it is really the case. Of course, if you want to try how much ability you have, whether it is possible to knock down Practitioner Su and dominate the world. If you knock down Practitioner Su, you are a great sinner in the Demon Realm. Because Practitioner Su is saving countless demons. In fact, we old demons in the Dharma-Nature Land cannot go out, because we are buckled by the buttons of the lotus seat, otherwise many old demons would love to go out and stop you demons who are using magic to attack the body! Because we know the laws of karma. This law of karma is quite terrifying.
The Reality of Karma
Regarding the matter of karma, we old demons occasionally gather and sigh, because we have seen many situations. While sighing, we also remind each other not to be like this. We remind each other of the good and the bad. If a bystander points out a word or two, those with good roots or quick reactions might understand. Understanding it yourself is not enough; you have to specifically do it, and that counts. This is also the law of karma, the Universal Principle, the Truth, and the Right Way. Although thoughts can create evil karma, if you do it, it is recorded. The good is recorded, and the bad is also recorded. It is just that you have added an evil cause, a great evil cause, to your own demon history. The fruit you receive afterward is very miserable. I don't do such unwise things; this is called delusion. There are so many examples in front of you, telling you, and persuading you with earnest words. You may also see the situation at the scene in the Demon Realm, and still insist on doing it, then go ahead and do it! No one will stop you.
The Impermanence of the Past
Actually, I now feel that my own past seems to be not important at all. Although this is a past accumulated with blood and tears, it has all passed. Who does not have a past? Every being has a past. Now I also know that the spirit is unborn and undying, which is really big news. I have never thought about my past life, the life of the spirit is so long, and my spirit will not die, and there is a very long future.
Perhaps, I once thought that a small part of it was like this, but I never thought it was so complete. This is only possible with Buddhist education to explain things so thoroughly. However, the Buddhist education I refer to is what Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre is teaching everyone now. I don't know about other places, but looking at the situation of the practitioners, I know what kind of Buddhist education you have received. True Buddhist education can bring you a bright life. A bright life means that you can be radiant, you can radiate the light of the heart, not that your face turns black and your body becomes heavy and weak. This is not the Buddha's teachings.
How come it seems like I know the Buddha's teachings very well? I said that what I say will make people feel 'shocked and moved.' Mo Xinpo is my name, so the foundation of what I say is like this, is this evil or good?
If what you say will stir people's hearts, make people want to be bad, do bad things, say bad things, and even commit heinous crimes, this is called evil. If I say shocking words, let the other party be able to say good, do good, think good, and even repent and turn toward goodness, become a practitioner with a progressive heart, and then become an awakened Buddha. Heavens, then what I say is a great good, if it can help people become Buddhas. I believe I have such two-sided abilities. Evil is the ability in the past before entering the Dharma-Nature Land. After entering the Dharma-Nature Land, I quickly transformed my thoughts and changed my heart and nature. So, what I say can also have the ability to help everyone practice diligently.
The Problem of
From just now until now, I don't know if you have listened to every word I said? But I know that drowsiness and entering space is your biggest problem now! We see it in our eyes and understand it in our hearts. Why? Because you are all very strong, and your personalities are very stubborn. The things you are asked to do may be different from your foundation and personality, so you obey on the surface but do not obey in your heart. This is called not saying it with your mouth, but being very painful in your heart. Haha, in fact, the pain in your heart just happened to hit the plan of the karmic creditors on you! Because they are very painful inside, and you feel their pain, which is equal to your own pain. So pain upon pain, what is manifested is pain. There are several people like this!
However, there are also several very capable people who are painful in their hearts but can still do the things they are told to do as usual. But the black residue on the heart is still there. Even if Practitioner Su invites spirits every day, the black residue has not been cleared. Practitioner Su, there will still be other beings appearing. Although Practitioner Su also knows this, he said: 'Without such an invitation, you may not have a time to wake up, you cannot do things, you cannot practice diligently.' Oh my, this is truly compassionate to the extreme! He sees it clearly, but he still helps you invite spirits, making himself unable to walk and dizzy. I believe this is something only a Buddha would do; we demons would certainly not do such things, especially old demons. Everyone has so many juniors under their hands, how can they take care of them? Tell you, what I see, you listen if you want, if you want to change, change quickly, consider it my appreciation for you. If you don't change, you can just live and die here by yourself!
The Warning of the Old Demon
I have said what I have to say, the smart ones have listened, and they know what to do. Those who think they are smart and don't do it, then later, I tell you, your role and your status will soon be replaced by other demons and your peers. Those with large mind-capacity, let them replace you! The important thing is that your energy will also be exhausted very quickly. Unless you have a way to be treated well in another demon group that has no thoughts and no fluctuations. If you are in an ordinary demon group, no one will treat you well. In the end, you really only have the destination of withering away. Have I made it clear enough? This is also why the Buddha and the Teacher attach such importance to your drowsiness and entering space. In fact, in our view, we will not be drowsy and enter space, unless the energy withers away.
By the way, this may be said for your reference. In the Demon Realm, demons whose energy is about to wither away, no matter how old you are, will appear drowsy, have no strength to walk, and do whatever they want. Later, even thinking, even the thought of wanting, is gone, then there is not even breath. Your spirit has withered away. Is this situation a bit like these people who are obviously drowsy and entering space? This situation, although Practitioner Su is strong enough to wake you up, it really hurts his own hands, this power to wake you up, but it is also too hard for Practitioner Su! The last move is, well, you have really reached the last step, really left the human world, and have no breath.
No matter, you have Practitioner Su's ability to lead the spirit to the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss, this kind of thing, the whole world does not have it. I have carefully looked at the situation on your Earth, the situation of other practitioners or practice centres, no one has Practitioner Su's ability to lead the spirit to the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. No wonder Namo Amituofo is here. However, it is also because Namo Amituofo is here that Practitioner Su has such ability. This may be relative, but no matter what the result is, the beneficiaries are all beings, aren't they? Even if you are not striving, no matter how you resist, you will eventually go on this path. Practitioner Su will still send you to the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. This is truly a great blessing, a result that many practitioners cannot achieve even if they practice.
The Essence of the Sutras
Because I am taking classes here, I have some understanding of the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss. Coupled with the two sutras you chant, 'The Infinite Sutra' and 'The Sutra,' we have one that we chant every morning, and one that we chant at the . So, we also understand the content of the sutras, perhaps more thoroughly than you understand, because we can draw inferences from one instance. Haha, this is demon nature. No, this used to be called demon nature, now it is called Buddha-nature.
We are in a pure land and rarely speak. We use heart to heart, unlike in the Buddhist temple where you sometimes talk, and we can all hear it. So, you'd better talk less, talking more is not beneficial. Because to get a pure heart, indeed, talking is a big obstacle for practitioners. But if you don't talk and just keep a straight face, everyone can see it. What is the difference between this and talking? Both are creating karma.
I hope the fourfold assembly can take my words to heart, you don't have to be as serious as a motto, but don't forget it. Otherwise, you have done many things, thinking that there will be good rewards and blessings. But I didn't expect that many things were done in vain, there is no blessing for beings, and it will consume a lot of resources and ability, which is called empty consumption. It was consumed in vain.
The Final Advice
How come I have so much to say as soon as I open my mouth? These are some and expressions about the Demon Realm that I have had in these 350 trillion days, and after arriving at the Dharma-Nature Land, colliding with each other, and thoughts communicating with each other. I can have feelings about almost every thing. The so-called feelings are the comparison between the past demon nature and the present Buddha-nature. It turns out that being a Buddha or a demon depends on whether you have received Buddhist education. We really have not received Buddhist education, only received it at this time. Of course, because there is the Western Dharma-Nature Land that makes us worry-free, allowing us to listen to the Dharma with peace of mind and purify our hearts. We have no body, but under the heart, we can have these realizations. You have a body, which is a big obstacle, and this is also the reason why demons can use you to survive. Having a body requires energy resources and nutrients to grow, so that the operation of cells can be maintained.
To be honest, there are many demons in the cells. If these are bad cells, disobedient cells, and cells that divide abnormally, they become malignant cells, which are demon cells. They will corrode your body and destroy the normal cells in your body. Because they are very strong and demonic, they will cause damage to normal cells. This is called cancer.
Unfortunately, I also have some knowledge in this area, which I can remind everyone! Some cells have a malignant constitution from the beginning, which cannot be helped, perhaps brought from your past lives. However, if you give it a good environment and there is no opportunity for malignant growth, it will remain still, and you will have a chance not to be invaded by cancer; if you give it a bad environment, bad words, and even bad thoughts, under this strong stimulation, its demon nature grows, and after waking up, it even falls apart and unleashes its demon nature, not only attacking normal cells in the body, but also attacking other cells. In this case, this is called metastasis. Such cancer is actually life-threatening, and it is almost impossible to survive for long. This is what I see now. I am not alarmist. Such cells do exist in people's bodies.
Here, I make a solemn appeal. Think good, do good, say good, look good, these 'goods' are quite strange to demons. We only know how to think bad, look bad, do bad, say bad. However, I have discarded these now, I don't want them anymore. My spirit is full of light, which is also my own effort. In such a short time, my spirituality has been inspired, my goodness has appeared, so I have been desperately trying to let go and cut off the evil of the past.
The malignant cells I mentioned just now, I haven't finished talking about them. In the Demon Realm, there is no body, so these evils are all on the spirit, no matter how bad it is, the spirit is just one spirit. The spirit can radiate evil and affect other surrounding spirits, which is the environment he is in. However, people have countless cells! Among these countless cells, it is easy to spread. Cells will pass information to each other. Good information, that's very good, good things spread for a hundred miles and a thousand miles, many cells can benefit, every cell is sparkling, shining. Everyone is very happy, is on the eyebrows, full of Dharma joy! Then the body of this person must be good. Even if it is not good, it will be affected and rendered into good, which is a good thing. However, if there are malignant cells among them, not only are they not assimilated into good, but they receive bad ones. The nourishment of thoughts such as saying bad, thinking bad, looking bad, doing bad, etc., gives it a chance to grow big, radiate its evil breath, and will soon affect the surrounding cells. Even if the cells are good, but not good enough, they will be assimilated by it, haha, that would be miserable!
Therefore, people who are currently depressed, or people who are confused, people who don't know how to go in the future, and people who are disobedient, temperamental, and willful, as well as people who talk back, are easily explosive, easily angry, do not act according to regulations, have their own style and style of doing things, and have their own schedule, I tell you, these are all signs that the malignant cells in your body are growing, helping them to grow big. If they grow to a certain extent, your body will suffer. Sometimes, wanting to save it may be very difficult to save! I have to let the body go! However, listening to Practitioner Su's Dharma talks, as long as you change your personality, as long as you have a body, it is not too late. This is a great gospel! It is a very good thing for people. This is the people in the Buddhist temple, there are too many advantages!
Well, I have said everything I can say, I have forgotten what I said myself, I think I am not important at all. There are many old demons with the same fate as me, and old demons who are more senior than me have also been discovered. Their experience is more exciting than mine. So, I focus the interview today on the difference between Buddha and demon. Well, then, the title of today is: The Distinction Between Buddha and Demon.
It seems I haven't mentioned where I entered samadhi? I am very easygoing, and the place where I entered samadhi is the same as everyone else, in the very deep underground. I plan to be like everyone else, live long enough, live if I can, and wither away if I can't. This is called not valuing life. If you value life, you must survive. However, demons should not live too long, and they are not doing good things. It is the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who do good things who should live longer. Save more demons. No one saves demons, from the beginning of the world to the present, no one has saved demons like this. So the demons in our Dharma-Nature Land also hope that Practitioner Su will live a long life! Live old, save more, save more demons, save more beings, save more people. We are one of such good things. So I also hope that my mind-capacity has become larger now, and I also hope that everyone can benefit.
Finally, if it were not for the need to accept an interview at this time, let me say so many words, I would not want to say so many words, if I say one wrong word, there will be karma. However, I believe that what I said is heartfelt words! You can't hear it even if you want to! People outside the temple, who of you can hear the words of an old demon of 350 trillion years? Hahaha! This will be laughed at by others! How is it possible, right? However, such an old demon is being interviewed at Hsiang Kuang Pure Land Buddhist Centre. So, what he said, please especially the people in front of you, believe it.
I will leave my words here. This is my concluding remark for today. I wish everyone spiritual progress and prosperity. Save beings as soon as possible, and also save demons. Namo Amituofo.
